Papa's Birthday Celebration at Citarasa Seafood Steamboat at NSK, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama.

On the evening of Papa's birthday, we celebrated at Citarasa Seafood Steamboat at NSK, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama.

Auntie S, Uncle Patrick and Auntie Florence were there. 

 

 If it's Papa birthday celebration, you wondering why the cake have my name and my sulking face?

Errr.... this one supposed to be for my birthday celebration in the kiddie.  But the cake maker had an emergency and can only deliver the cake after the celebration. Hence Papa and Mamarazzi went and bought a Secret Recipe cake for me lo.

Then bad Mamarazzi hijacked my rainbow cake for Papa birthday lo. I have been looking forward to the rainbow cake leh.

 I was kinda surprised why is it yellow and with pink "ribbons"'. Where is the rainbow?

 Mamarazzi was surprised too when she saw the cake coz the rainbow cakes that she saw when she google is not like this wor.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7..... Yay....got 7 color. 

After cake cutting "ceremony", it's time to eat. Yup ...delicious steamboat. Thank you to Auntie S for the delightful treat and to Uncle Patrick & Auntie Florence for the goodies.

Actually, Auntie S had introduced us to this restaurant a long time ago.

It was in early February we went to NSK and met up with Auntie S for dinner. She have been recommending this Citarasa Seafood Steamboat for quite long time already.

Said they have this steamboat sets at RM6.90 per person. But wait for us to go there makan, the food price already gone up to RM9.90 per  person la.

But still cheap if compared to others.

Very spacious restaurant. There was actually a "market" for where fresh vegetable and seafood were on display.

If we don't wanna order their set steamboat or we wanna "add-on" we just have to walk over to the shelves and take .

Take and go to the counter, give them your table number for them to "record" and they will send the food to your table. '

Saw there are some deep fried items too

We decided to order their set...for 3 persons.

Nice table number ya.

Mamarazzi love their dipping. Especially the green one. It's made of cili padi, "smelly leaf' and some other things that she can't identify. Taste great!

I love the noodles there. The soup also taste good. Can see behind me? Got lady wearing "Tudung"(head scaft). Not sure is it halal or not but saw Pork Free sign there.

I finished first. Got bored. "Read" the Menu.

Then I went "rounding". 

Fuiyoh...Fresh seafood here leh. Like Eden in Penang. 

Attention! *garu buntut*

More fresh seafood located. It seems that we can also buy fresh seafood here and ask the restaurant to cook it into dishes for us. Interesting.

The first time we ate there , the bill comes up to RM60 plus only for the 4 of us.

And on Papa's birthday, the bill comes up to around RM100 for the 6 of us. Cheap right? But then again we took a lot of vegetables la. Vegeables quite cheap . Around rm3 a packet. portion big. The handmade fishball RM5 for 10 pcs. Taste good and fresh. 

When have time will surely go and makan there again.
