Papa drove punya drove...saw this Restaurant Pin Chou. Did a google search and found that some praises the food here. Most praise was for the Tong Yuen.
It was getting late. Not many stall closing liao. Gosh 10pm they started to close ah...so fast geh.
I opt for dry Wan Tan Mee la. Quite big plate. Good for those who doesn't like oily Wan tan Mee coz not much oil. have to eat fast else the noodle will stick together coz not much oil. But I was slow lor....
Saw Mamarazzi's plate of Hokkien Mee. I asked for a taste and I fell in love with it. Okay la...I traded my plate of Wan Tan Mee with Mamarazzi's plate Hokkien mee.
According to Mamarazzi, she had not enjoyed that Hokkien mee coz not much ingredient in it. Probably coz it's near end of day la not much of ingredients left.
Papa had Satay
He also had fried mihun. Not bad leh according to him.
Of course....since many people praise the Tong yuen ..Mamarazzi also ordered a bowl la. Ordered the small tong yuen without "inti" type.
Two sips....Mamarazzi said fuiyoh beh tahan...no wonder so many people praise the Tong Yuen there la. Coz the "suop" is loaded with ginger taste. Lucky Papa gets to finish off the bowl of Tong Yuen. Mamarazzi said too hot for her but Papa said not hot enough leh. The one in Indonesia Tranz Studio food court more "hot" leh.
Here is the address if you wanna try out the food there :
No. 112, Jalan Pekan Baru, 41050, Klang, Selangor, 41150, Malaysia
The hokkien me is tempting and I see the chili to go with it.

DeleteHah? You all went rounding at 10pm to have dinner? So late jor wor.. But food court usually open until very late ger wor.. Til 2am-3am.. But this one special ahh, 10pm already all close? Kekeke.. "mm yau jou" kot..
ReplyDeleteOoohh, I also like going to food court.. Can order many food at one time.. Lastime near my mum's place, they had this Payathin food court, but it was closed down few years later.. I always order loh mee, kari mee, nasi lemak, "woh tip" (fried dumplings), Thai cold chicken legs salad and other "siew chau" or "siew sik".. Best, man !!
Mamarazzi's taste same as mine ler.. I also like Hokkien mee.. Extra chue yau char.. One plate mari, please.. I can wallop the whole plate.. I won't trade my Hokkien mee for anything else, keke.. The fried mihun looks good too.. I like this type.. The white type and with egg.. A bit basah type.. Sedap..

Then I sure like the tong yuen.. ginger taste strong fine with me.. can keluar angin banyak banyak.. hahahaa..
ReplyDeletelater prooot :p
DeleteLoves the satay, hehe...
ReplyDeletesatay was ok la
Deletewah, now i realized everywhere Mamarazzi goes, she will actually google to research about the place beforehand woh.. this is such a good habit lah.. for me, aiyah, hantam aje lah, because sometimes the taste also quite subjective, people like but i don't like, people don't like but i like~~
ReplyDeletecoz duno what is good there lor...so have to depend on google cari makan
Deletebut one thing is that, when i see crowd i will not go near at all.. makan only, i just seek to fill up my stomach, unless i purposely go there to makan then no choice have to wait lor.. best still is going to hawker center lah, got many choices and don't need to rely on only one type of food.. but sometimes when there are too many choices, also tough for me to decide, haha!! susah lah this Uncle SK..
ReplyDeleteTis one is managed able la...not as big as those food court. Those really pening what to eat
Deletenice lah this meal, the comfort food that we use to eat daily, nothing special but then sometimes kind of nice to eat things simple right?? all the food looks good lah, and i know why Small Kucing liked the hokkien mee while Mamarazzi didn't - because no "liu" in there and plain noodles sure Small Kucing's favorite mah, hehe!!
ReplyDeleteCoz the taste is like got kansui taste....Mamarazzi doesnt like
DeleteLOIKE LOIKE LOIKE!! with the wantan noodles, the hokkien noodles, the fried beehoon, the satay and the tong yuen.. this is what i said as "too many choices, tough to make decision" lor, haha!! hmmm, maybe i will go for Paparazzi's choice lah, the fried beehoon with satay, nice combination.. and then wrap up with the tong yuen for dessert, what a wholesome meal!!
ReplyDeleteNot bad la....can find food to eat punya one there
DeleteMe too, I will opt for Mamarazzi Hokkien Mee.. Looks yummy. Paparazzi's fried BiHun also looks sedap to me. Got Tang Yuen summore! I like it too.
ReplyDeleteIf go earlier more food
DeleteI love Tang Yuen "suop" with ginger... nice mar.
ReplyDeletetoo much ginger leh
DeleteI love hawker food!~
ReplyDeletedepends la...some good some not that good
DeleteThis is what you guys have when Mamarazzi (or was it Small Kucing) walloped when don't feel like eating much? LOL
ReplyDeleteWonder how big a portion is when Mama Kucing cooks.... Kagum! ;)
Muhahaha....you'll be shocked
DeleteI like to eat the thick/broad wanton mee. Very nice. Too bad this restaurant is in klang because my spouse like to drink tong yuen tong sui with lots of ginger taste in the soup. So nice of Mamarazzi to exchange noodles with Small Kucing since he prefers to eat the Hokkein mee.
ReplyDeletethere is one in PJ also have strong ginger taste
DeleteTong yuen with ginger soup is good but not too hot. If it's cold lagi best.haha
ReplyDeleteguess depends on taste. For Papa he said not hot.
DeleteYa, this Tong Yuen stall is a branch from the famous Tong Yuen stall at Pork Klang. Try the wanton noodles in the morning session (difference hawker operating), our favourite stall of wanton noodles.
ReplyDeleteoh really ah....didnt know that. saw many people recommend in this stall
DeleteI always love hawker food! The Hokkien mee looks good to me, and also the tong yuen!
