Not long ago, we bought a carton of 100Plus. We opened 4 cans and discovered that the 4 can doesn't have much "fizz" in them and doesn't taste like the 100Plus that we usually have.
Checked the dates. Nope. Not expired. Still a long time to go.
From previous experience, Mamarazzi knows that 100Plus will respond if customer lodge complain.
Hence Mamarazzi googled and found 100Plus website. Lodge a complaint there. After a week no respond. Uiks...so weird geh. Last time respond very fast wor.
Then she lodge another company and this round she send to F & N instead of going through the 100Plus website.
Wow.. the very next day a lady from F & N called. In the end, the lady said her guy will come over to take back the drinks and gave us replacement.
Waited and waited. Nearly two weeks and no news from the guy. Mamarazzi was just about to send them another e-mail when she received a call for a guy saying he is from F & N. Coming over to send replacement.
Smart fella. When he arrived, he called Mamarazzi to go downstairs to pick up. Must be worried having to carry the carton of 100Plus up the stairs ya?
Well, we have got our replacement. One carton of 100plus and complimentary 6 more cans of 100Plus.

So would you have lodge a complain if you found that the drinks you bought is defective?
every customer has her/his rights to complain and even ask for an exchange.

how come take two weeks for that guy to come and replace your 100 plus?? not acceptable lah.. and somemore ask you to go collect instead of delivering right at your doorstep..
