If you are wondering who is this Lina. Heads over to her blog. She is one crazy lady whom I think you will salute. Puasa (fasting) month, she also went and join Pacemakers Anniversary Run 8 - 2012 at Lake Garden. Some more have to run up very steep stairs during the run while fasting.
Today is about what we did over the weekend.
Last weekend, Mamarazzi went to Amcorp Mall. Surprisingly, she said wanna go and walk around the Flea Market there. They have it every weekend.
There are many stalls open at Lower Ground Level but higher levels also have stalls.
Pass by a hypermarket there and was surprise to see the sign. BOOKS? Funny looking books.
Do you remember Mamarazzi post about how much she loves to collect money? Among the notes that she collected were some old RM5 notes that was mis-printed and have a "cross" at the flag pole.
She saw one selling in the Flea Market for RM45. And it's a used note. Hmmm...looks like worth it to collect money.
This round, she bought two books for me.
Why not buy more? Coz she waiting for the BBWS lo. But then again, the selection from the store and BBWS might not be the same as books for BBWS is directly from the suppliers. Not from the store.
As she was paying, she saw Jodi Picoult "SING YOU HOME" on display at the counter. Too bad, Mamarazzi have purchase that in March. Didn't know that it will arrive to BookXcess so soon or else she would have waited.
Mamarazzi also got me this skateboard.
Eerrr...still L-licence.
Fell down like "Nangka busuk" but still happy.
One more toy is this colorful rings. Of the two, I love the skateboard most.
Wahhh! The money... that one very interesting... wonder how many were misprinted like this?

Long long time ago, I used to collect Bas Len Seng punya tiket because they are so colourful.

I went there recently and bought 2 coffee table books at the same price as labelled! Total over RM200 cos the edition no more selling la. Gila!

I also love to go there to check prices of my antique collections. The old charcoal iron I bought for RM35 is now worth RM300!

You know what, I'm allergic to this flea market and always avoid going to Amcorp Mall on weekends. Not sure whether it's the dust or what, walking past those old-old stuff always make me sneeze non-stop, right until I reach home!!
