Duck Egg Char Keoy Teow at Restoran Sin Seng Leh, Subang 2

Mamarazzi's favourite Char Koey Teow is the one in Brickfields but we can't always go down town.

Recently Mamarazzi found one CKT stall that give quite tasty CKT with enough "Wok Hei"

Occasionally this stall also have Duck Egg Fried Keoy Teow. But not always. It depends on availability of the duck egg

Jeng! Jeng! Duck Egg Char Keoy Teow. Taste. Don't know la. Mamarazzi said taste like normal. But saw Papa syok syok eat.

She preferred CKT without egg. She had a packet of that and found it good. Just too bad no pork lard.

Another speciality  here is Black Pepper Fried Udon. The lady selling Wantan Mee recommended Mamarazzi to try this so Mamarazzi ordered a packet of it from the CKT lady.

Came home tasted it. It doesn't suit Mamarazzi's taste. The Udon was fried exactly like CKT. Only difference is black pepper is added into it.

Nevertheless, we will certainly go back for more CKT. Here is the address of the restaurant. It's a corner shop. Not sure the number but it's located at Jalan Bulan M U5/M, Subang 2, Sect U5 Shah Alam

    2. We have CKT with duck eggs here too, and very disambut hangat one.

But I don't taste any extraordinary flavour in it.

Still prefer to old type of CKT, with chicken egg, shrimp and cockles.

  10. but then again, i don't fancy black pepper at all.. most of the cooking outside "abuse" black pepper, they put too much and make the whole dish so spicy until the dish lacks it original taste, which i think it's so salah~~
