Ho Kee Steamboat, Puchong

This is another "basi" post. Happen a month ago.
Was wondering what to eat. Not that hungry but....

Well, ding dong ding dong..we end up at Ho Kee Steamboat in Puchong. It was rather late. 9pm plus and yet still many people there. Of course being weekend does not help the situation.

I was a bit "high" as I developed a mild fever that evening.

Papa ordered Steamboat set for two person(RM15/person). Quite a lot.

Mamarazzi ordered extra vege. Water Crest Vege. Too bad as it was a bit bitter. They must have soak it in the water too long as the vege developed bitter taste.

Papa's favourite.

Tauhu Pok which Papa liked but not Mamarazzi. She said oily.

The usual Noodles and bihun with two eggs.

Everything goes into the pot

Mamarazzi loves this. Not sure what its called but there was mince meat in it instead of the usual carrot and cucumber.

As for me...

I liked the "noodles" made of fish paste.

Slurp....

But of course it cannot beat the original noodles.

The Cili sauce was not that spicy which suits Mamarazzi well.  However, the soup/broth was rather salty. Maybe it's due to the soup being boiled long time.

Well, here is the address if you are keen to try out the steamboat there : 01-01, Jalan Kenari 18B, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.

  2. Hi There, Looks like another great dinner out.... We love to go OUT to eat--but only do it on occasion since it can get quite expensive here in the USA. SO---we cook at home most of the time...

I have an award and tag free blog too...
