Mulberries Yogurt Muffins

Auntie Florence gave us a bunch of Mulberries. Mamarazzi was "garu-ing" head one what to do with it when it hits upon her to try making Mulberries Muffins.

Went search for the recipe and found at Sonia Blog "Mango Yogurt Muffins" . If wanna try make this, hop over to Sonia's blog for the complete recipe.

Ngum ngum Mamarazzi had made some yogurt..... Means can make yogurt muffins la.

Following the instructions except replace the mango with mulberries.

I was not happy as Mamarazzi refused to let me "help" her. Kept taking my white board and draw sad faces. I said "Boy sad". Don't wanna talk to Mamarazzi.

In the end, she let me "help" with "decorating" the muffins. I put one ulat mulberry on each muffins.

Very happy to see the muffin "rise" so high.

As the oven was not big enough. The remaining two muffins Mamarazzi saja "steam" them. Ewwww..... the color so horrible geh.

Baked and steamed Mulberry Yogurt Muffins.

The steamed muffins surprisingly was not bad. Tasted good enough. A bit sweet sour taste. Probably due to the yogurt.

Surprisingly the baked muffins tasted much sweeter than the steamed muffins though they are from the same batch. Weird.  But these muffins does not have the yogurt taste.

Hmm...how many muffins gone into my tummy? Can you guess? Less than one coz I don't really like them .So is there anyone white mice out there wanna take my place?

  14. We love mulberries! There are several mulberry trees dotted on our local streets, but didn't get any this year as most of them were pruned back..perhaps next year there will be plenty to gather...then, we will be able to have the same mulberry cupcake that Mamarazzi did...YUM!
