Her friend wanted an auctioned property because it's usually cheaper that the Market Value. Banks usually auctions property 80% -85% of the Market Value and if the first auction is not successful, they will do a second , third and so on auction. But the problem is her friend does not have time to chase after all the auction or buy so many newspapers daily to hunt for the Auction Property advertisement.
Anyway, Mamarazzi found an easier way for her to hunt the property of her choice without leaving her home or office.
It is so easy to hunt for auction homes in Propwall website.
User just need to click "Classified" tab. They will see a list of Property for Sale in Malaysia.
User may also select the price range so that he/she would not need to waste time viewing properties that is out of their budget
For those like Mamarazzi's friend who is interested in auction property, they just need to check the "auction" box. A list of the applicable property will appear.
Click on the property that you are interested in and you will see some important details such as price, land area, built up area, leasehold or freehold and some even with photographs of the property mentioned.
Everything is just a click of a button away.
Propwall is not only for those who are interested to purchase property but it's also for those who wish to sell their property or rent out the property. It's a universal website for seller and buyer to meet. Let's hope Mamarazzi's friend will be able to get a good house soon.
