The other day I finished school early and Mamarazzi lazy to cook so she just made Pan Mee for me.
I wallopped finished the whole bowl of Pan Mee.
Yum Yum.
Especially when add with these crunchy Ikan Bilis. But what I like the most is the "excess" flour. Can make into playdoh.

I don't really like pan mee sold in the outside, but when I have that craving, simple hantam a stall and curb it. Then I would complain the soup not nice, the noodle not chewy and blah, blah, blah....

Deleteoh, homemade pan mee, i love that also..have u tried making pumpkin panmee? just blend the pumpkin with some water then add into the flour and knead...sedap & wangi tau..i tried that before..but if u scared stomach upset, u can steamed the pumpkin first, then baru blend. but me too lazy, i skip this..but it turn out fine for me..

Deleteactually this is not called as pan mee, but Klang people call as Mee Hoon Ker..my favourite and there is a shop call "Tua Piu" shop, their mee hoon ker very nice wor.
