Restaurant Ayam Penyet at Summit USJ

Order ~order~ what do you wanna eat? 

Of course must order drinks first. We had Lemon Juice (RM3), Iced Lemon Tea (RM3) and Sirap Bandung (RM2.90).


Mamarazzi had the IGA Penyet Set. Said the beef taste ok though it was a bit dry.(RM16.50)

Papa had the Ayam Penyet Set (RM11). It was okay too though the chicken was a bit dry.

The set came with "a mini soup". Mamarazzi said it was ok but I did not like it as the taste was a bit sourish.

Papa ordered something called "sayur asem". As per its name, it tasted sourish also. 

For me, I preferred the white rice with the sprinkles that that put on top of Mamarazzi's  IGA Penyet Sey and papa's Ayam Penyet set.
It was awesome! Taste just like crunchy Chicken floss.

    Have seen the outlet but never tried before. Looks quite tempting, those you tasted. I like any food with sour taste, so I should try out.

      Ya you should try it. Maybe go during lunch time when the food are just cooked

    Yum! Yum! Yum! Ok...I will stay at that hotel when I go to KL next.... Can eat ayam penyet and lots lots more. Can go massage next door too.... Hehehehehe!!!!

    Aih, beef dry, chicken also dry. I've been curious about this ayam penyet, must try it some time.

    I've passed by an Ayam Penyet shop many times but each time changed my mind about eating there. Somehow, not too keen on flattened dry chicken. Oops! Gimme Hainanese Chicken Rice anytime!

      and all the 3 times i had it inside the foodcourt in The Gardens lah.. cos got one Ayam Penyet stall inside mah.. they were about to close down, so one set is only RM4.50!! of course i try that lah..

      last time working there mah, everyday makan in Gardens or MV, all very expensive one.. so this one offer RM4.50 for that ayam penyet set, very worth woh.. and actually i find it quite nice also..

      but one thing lah, the chili is way too hot for me, haha!! but then still want to take a little bit because it's nice and can enhance the flavor of the chicken so well..

      You so kaya makan at those MV & Gardens high class food court. I everyday makan at Makan Place only. Cheap. ;p

      3 times ah...more than us wor. ya...cili super spicy for our taste. LOL...must be a lot of cili padi in it

    the chicken i tried in Bali also the same, deep fry till very dry..still perfer deep fried chicken with juicy and moist inside..
