My Photos From Greeco Venture Are Here!

Remember last week Mamarazzi blogged about getting my photos printed at an online photo printing company, Greeco Venture?
 

The photos are here! In fact Mamarazzi had received two batches and contemplating to get the third batch printed.

Very fast service. Late evening on 6th October, Mamarazzi submitted the photos. Mind you it was a Saturday.

And almost immediately she received e-mail giving her the Purchase Order number and that they will process the photos. We should be receiving them around 6-8 working days time via courier service.

On Monday(8 October) around 5pm, she received another email letting her know that the photos have been shipped out and the tracking number of the shipment.

And by 4pm on the 9th October, the photos arrived.

In between, the courier company did an "oppsie" . Mamarazzi e-mailed, Greeco Venture about it.

As an online consumer, what we fear the most is that the company  will go on "silent mode" after money is received.

There was one company that Mamarazzi ordered some stuffs from that did that. They did not update status of the order and she was left wondering if her order had been processed or not.

After a week, she sent in an enquiry and the system administrator just update the status as :

This Order is already Despatched!

That really made Mamarazzi angry. No tracking number. No "thank you for your order". No "Please be informed that your order have been despatched". Just blank page with bold red letters.

This is not the case with Greeco Venture. They responded to her queries immediately and was polite in their correspondences. . This is what she liked about this company.

After Mamarazzi received the photos, she e-mailed them to let them know about it and they promptly replied with a polite e-mail thanking her for the support with wishes that we would enjoy the photos. This  leaves her with a nice feeling inside. 

 

As for the photos, I love the photos very much but then again I am some sort of a Narcissus. I love to admire my own image.

After seeing the quality of the first batch, Mamarazzi sent in second batch of photos for printing on the 9th October itself and had received the photos on 13th October.

Overall, Mamarazzi is pretty pleased with the service provided by Greeco Venture. She especially like the feature where she can decide which part of the photos to be cropped.

Well, in a good feedback for the company to improve, of course we cannot give all positive or all negative feedback. There must be a balance.

Here is what Mamarazzi would love to see the company can improve on - FREE Shipping. It would be nice if the company could provide free shipping for customer who print/purchase above a certain amount from the company.

Okay, that is all for now. Mamarazzi have to get going snap more photos of ME to print. We even went out and purchase some awesome photos albums.

The two small ones were purchase from a bookstore at RM14.90. Then we went to another place and saw Guardian Sale. The exact small albums were being sold at RM10 only! *Cries* . Also bought the big 60 pages self Adhesive Photo Album for just RM28 from the sale.

I am so looking forward to getting more photos printed.
