Wanna search for Thai Floor Cushions for Auntie Florence. ...Papa said this market should have as it's very big.
Wow...the trishaw here are more glamorous than the ones at Ah Kong's place. These are like the ones in Malacca but without the loud baring "music".
Loads of fruits here but not really that cheap.
Seems to be usual price like back home.
Upstairs of the market are full of shop lots selling clothing
And some kitchen wares. The Kuali Tembaga not cheap oh....nearly RM200 for a tiny one.
Also found all sorts of dried food stuffs. Mamarazzi borong ikan bilis from here. Peeled Ikan Bilis (anchovies) was only RM18/kg
Some toys. I was satisfied with just looking instead of buying.
The view from the top.
One round, two round, three round...still no sight of the Thai Floor Cushions. Asked a lady there and she told us to go and get it from Mydin or some hypermarket. *Pengsannnnnn*(*faint)
Try Golok...or Sejingkat at the Sarawak/Indonesian border near Kuching. Hey!!! Papakucing should be able to get those at Indon? Huhuhuhuhu....the kuali tembaga! In my dreams! In my dreams! So jealous of Chef Wan, always using that in his shows...
