The other day Papa dug out all the "syiling"(coins) to count. Fuiyo.....so many of them. Two tray full and counting.
I think I can I think I can.
Yes! One bag full of 50sen coins.
Papa put into the Bank for me. Now I have to start saving again lor. ...10sen..20 sen....
It's good to inculcate such good habit of saving. I used to teach my kids to save coins too but now they save notes instead. :)
ReplyDeleteGood for them!
DeleteWe put all of our coins in a jar for the girls, and then we'd roll them up, and deposit them at the bank every year. It always turned out to be quite a bit of money, and it was such fun!

ReplyDeletehey, don't look down on those loose coins.. sikit sikit lama lama menjadi bukit lah.. it can get to a handsome amount eventually..
ReplyDeletei know some people never like to carry coins, and when they have some, they will dump it somewhere, and slowly accumulating them..
Deletefor me, i never keep, i will always carry the coins i have and try to use them and clear them off as soon as possible.. even 5 sen also i will use, hahaha!!
Deletebut now if you bank in those coins to bank, they need to charge you handling fees for the time spent on counting them leh..
Deleteso better just use them during your usual days lah, then keep the notes with you.. like that feel richer right?? :D
