Asked Auntie Florence. She said there is one that is pretty good at Amcorp Mall. It's a halal restaurant . Hearing Halal restaurant Mamarazzi was apprehensive a bit on how good the CKT can be.
However, Auntie Florence assured her that the Chef is very good at frying CKT. The food have enough "Wok Hei"
Ordered for glasses of drinks. Two Lime Juice, Sirap Bandung with Cincau and Original Sirap Bandung .
MMm...I enjoyed it very much.
See...Doc McStuffin said have to drink a lot of water.
See I super strong or not?
Tried the Lime Juice. Didn't like it. I preferred the Bandung.
Mamarazzi's Yong Chow Fried Rice. Was around RM8 or RM9. Taste good to her.
Papa's CKT. Also around that price. True to what Auntie Florence had said, it tasted pretty good. Enough "wok Hei".
Popiah. One of Papa's favourite.
Sleepy ah....
Where is my food? Why Papa and Mamarazzi's one arrived already and mine have not arrive?
Fuiyoh...no wonder la....so big plate of Cantonese Fried Noodles. Around RM10.
A lot of vegetables, seafood and chicken. They gave me fork and spoon to eat this. I don't know how to eat. In the end, Papa requested Chopsticks and spoon for me. The Jie Jie there was puzzled. Aren't fork and spoon easier to managed?
Anyway, the price was a bit high but the service and the food was certainly worth the price. This is our personal opinion la. Everyones taste buds is different.
When we were there, the service were good, friendly and attentive.
Here is the address if you are looking for some halal food with good wok hei.

I passed that outlet so many times on Sundays when I dropped by to check out the antique market prices. It was packed and I was undecided to eat there. So now you have convinced me that it is good. I think I will order the CKT and original sirap Bandung is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteYou know something? I went to look for Sirap Bandung in the whole of Jakarta, Denpasar and Bali. They had never heard of it. So I guess I should visit Bandung. It will be a joke if they also do not have Sirap Bandung in Bandung!

Funny. I always try to eat with chopsticks. It takes me forever, but it is fun. Rice is the toughest though. Easier to just shovel with a fork.
