Mad Mushroom Galore.

There was one point of time, Papa suddenly had craving for mushroom. Went to the store and bought all kinds of mushroom and asked Mamarazzi to cook it together. 

Mamarazzi went and cooked Mixed Vegetable with Mushroom, Chicken with Mushroom and also Chinese White Cabbage Soup with Button Mushroom. But the Papa said it's not what he wants. Said he just wants all mushroom cooked together. 

 

Later on, Mamarazzi found this mushroom being sold in Pasar Malam(Night Market). RM5 for 3 packets. Can mixed from several types of mushroom.

She bought a packet of this. Don't know the name.

and a packet of this. Is it called Oyster mushroom?

And a a packet of needle mushroom. Thought wanna cook mixed mushroom dish. But then Papa suddenly say wanna eat Chicken with mushroom pulak.

Dug in the freezer found some chicken meat. Too bad no chicken wings. Best if cooked with chicken wings.

Marinated with some salt and soya sauce

Chopped some garlic. Fried with some oil. Throw in the chicken meat. Add a bit of salt.

When the meat was half cooked. She throw in the mushrooms and added some oyster sauce and dark soya sauce.

And this is the end result.

Taste? Nice nice lo. I love to "slurp" the mushroom up like noodle but I don't like the chicken.

 

Oppss....slurped wrongly. It's ginger. Yikes! Pedas!!
