Banana Steamed Muffins

Remember the Banana I bought from Pasar Malam?

Well, it was a BIG bunch and I can't finish it alone. Then Mamarazzi got to know Auntie Little Bird was coming to collect somethings.

Hence that morning, Mamarazzi went and "curi" some of my Banana to make some Banana Steamed Muffins using Auntie Elin's recipe for Auntie Little Bird. It was her birthday.

Mashed 200gm of Banana.

Beat two eggs with around 80gm of sugar.

Shift the flour and baking soda then add in the mash banana and eggs. Once again forgotten to add oil

 Put into steamer

Steamed for a bout 20 minutes and "kau tim"!!

For the complete recipe, do heads over to Elin's blog

Once again Happy Birthday, Auntie Little Bird. Thanks for the popiah and Chicken drumsticks! Sorry la...Mamarazzi does not know how to bake Cake for you .
