Last month was Mamarazzi's birthday. She got birthday treat from Tony Roma's. They e-mailed her that they are giving her a birthday treat ...a
n entrée voucher up to RM50 .
That afternoon, after my class, we zoom zoom to the newly opened Tony Roma's Restaurant in Citta Mall.
Alamak...Lunch time . The place was crowded. Lucky Papa managed to get us a table.
She choose the Ribs and Quarter Chicken ...ngum ngum RM49 something.

The ribs was amazing.
The roast chicken was slurpppppsss....I "helped" her to eat the drumstick while she ate the thigh.
Papa had Fish and Chips . I also "helped" him to eat some but still the roast chicken was the best....
Oppss....maybe not....This "pizza" was the best. Proper name is Wild Mushrooms Flatbread but I call it "pizza".
The bread was cheesy and crunchy. I love the beef topping too though I usually lazy to chew meat. Mamarazzi like it too except for the cheese part. Think maybe they added bleu Cheese as topping or something. Next time will sure to ask they to omit the bleu cheese then it would be perfect.
Fries overload. Papa's Fish and chips have fries and Mamarazzi also opt fries as one of her sides order. Really eat fries kau kau lor.
Pity the staffs there. New outlet is like that gua. Too many people till the staffs also dunno what to attend first. To clear the table or to top up drinks for customers.
I try to attract their attention coz I know they will sing Happy Birthday to people who celebrated their birthday there.
Finally managed to get the attention of a waiter and I told him "it's my Mama birthday and she is FORTY years old". Mamarazzi pengsan sekejap .....
Pretty soon, a group of staffs came singing Happy Birthday song and gave her their
signature birthday free dessert, Chocolate Avalanche.
That was nice.....hmmmm......next stop...........

A belated Happy birthday to your sweet mom, she is so pretty! Tony Roma's...I have heard of it and think it may be very famous, and have many around the world. I would love to go there, none anywhere around here.

ReplyDeleteI also like TR.. Am surprised this time mamarazzi didn't order the fried mushrooms wor.. I thought die-die must have the fried mushrooms and honey mustard sauce geh.. And paparazzi only ordered fish & chips? Enuff mou? Portion like very small leh..
Me if go makan at TR, will usually order the fried mushroom and burger.. Hehe.. Hubby pulak will usually have ribs or steak.. But long time no go eat liao, maybe must make a trip one time to TR :)

wah, Mamarazzi so glam lah, Tony Roma's emailed her personally to give her voucher as a birthday treat!! surely one of their VVIPs to enjoy such a great privilege.. how come they never contacted Uncle SK?? Uncle SK is Mamarazzi's good friend mah, *muka tembok mode* hahaha~~ :D

muhahaha...too bad they dont allow to top up. asked them ifitem is above RM50 and we top up the difference but they said no

Mamarazzi should have ordered something else because Paparazzi had Fish n Chips mah.. but seemed like Small Kucing love eating those fries lah, look at his very contented expression when he was picking up the fries from the plate, haha!! looks like Minions especially he was also wearing yellow~~ geez!! :p

ReplyDeleteI have not tried this outlet at Citta Mall and do I need to repeat that Tony Romas is always my TOP CHOICE for Western food in KL. They have good service too.... Now do I get a RM20 Voucher for being so honest?? Hello Tony?
