Three Cheese Potatoes; and Petai Fried Rice At Juaadahs Chinese Muslim Cuisine.

Hmmm....Uncle Arthur must be very famous at the Pos Office as his parcel to me arrived safely before Chinese New Year.

He sent me a CNY with stationery , food and a big Angpau. Thank you very much Uncle Arthur

Pretty excited about the Three Cheese Potatoes. I wondered what it is. Hmmm...how come doesn't look like the one in Uncle Arthur's post geh?

Papa said coz's it's not brown enough yet. Hence, Mamarazzi put it back into the oven to bake some more.

Wah...I can't wait to have a taste.

Just in time, for lunch. Had it for lunch and continued doing my homework while Mamarazzi continued baking.

That evening, Mamarazzi was lazy to cook dinner . Tired from all the baking. Some more kena tortured by all the lovely food photos that Uncle Arthur kept posting up in his Facebook. He was touring all those famous restaurant in Sibu and having scrumptious food leh

Okay la...Tak mau kalah...Mamarazzi said jom let's go to Juaadah.

Craving for their Petai Fried rice. Unlike elsewhere, this restaurant is generous with the Petai. But price wise also as generous as the portion la. RM12 a plate. Worth it.

For me, I had thier fried Keoy Teow.

That time, Papa was not feeling well. He had ordered fried bihun but it was not the one that he had in mind.  Yet he managed to finish the plate of fried bihun la.

Thank you once again, Uncle Arthur for the gifts and angpau.

Anyone want to try out the petai fried rice, here is the address :-

  2. 3-cheese potatoes? Sounds so creamy and yummy la... Your baked casserole looks so good. Was it potato powder? Add water or milk then gaul gaul gaul, and bake? Or you cook some meat first then put the potato on top?

The fried rice looks very enuff 'wok hei' but I'm not a fan of petai... Never stuff a single biji of petai into my mouth before... Uikks paparazzi not well but still can finish the bihun? keke... Means still well and still can eat la, haha..

  17. I am a Petai Fan too but never tried a Petai Fried Rice like this. Must be nice and crunchy to make me fart loudly. I heard Petai is the best vegetable that actually cleanses our colons, hence the coloured urine and smell is evident. Most people blamed the petai for being smelly when it's not!!!

I forgot to share with everyone that I ate petai curry the night before I flew to Chengdu in China!!! Oh My God!!! The passenger after me died inside the plane's toilet when I walked out!!! Muahahahahahahaha

  18. Surprisingly, there's a Chinese Muslim restaurant in Sibu too (near PosLaju).

Talking about Arthur sending you stuff and the juadah reminded me of it. Haha! I never visited though coz there's so much more things to eat in Sibu and I had limited time.

    I love petai too!
