When I got into the car, I would sweat like mad.
This was the temperature when Papa fetch me home from school the other day. Am sure it's not good for the car. The interior material would spoilt fast.
Papa and Mamarazzi likes to takes plastic bottles of water when traveling. Surely it's not good as I noticed sometimes these plastic bottle had gone out of shape.
There was once the windscreen of the the car broke too. Could be due to parking under the hot sun and the heat in the car was just too high.
Mamarazzi was thinking how nice it is it someone could come out with car cooler that would efficiently lower down our car's temperature and at the same time extending the life span of our car's interior material as we know that under high heat they are prone to release all kind of harmful fumes, wear and tear faster.
It was like a dream come true when she read Terry's blog. Terry of My Journey With Candida Blog introduced this terrific solar car cooler named Kulcar. This device harvest solar energy which is environmental friendly.
She left a comment wishing for one too and Terry had put her in touch with Sonray Technology Inc.*Thanks, Terry!*

Careful testing has proven that the TVOC level of these compounds can exceed 12 times the cancer causing hazardous warning level when a car is parked under a blazing sun for only one hour. Cancers of unidentifiable origin have been the top killer for 31 consecutive years.
Volvo, a world leader in car safety has ensured that all new cars are equipped with the CZIP system as of 2013. When a car is parked under the sun, the CZIP system automatically pumps out the hot and hazardous air inside the car prior to the driver entering.Leading car makers are now concerned with not only driver safety, but also passenger health and safety.
She can't wait to install the solar cooler in our car. Here is the strip of rubber which Mamarazzi trimmed according to the size of our car window.
It's easy to install Kulcar Solar Car Cooler. Even a 5 year old kid like me can do it...with a bit help from Mamarazzi.
Here is how it looks from inside the car
The solar car cooler sure does it job well. Once the solar panel was under the sun, the fans immediately start working.
Mamarazzi purposely attached a strip of paper on the Kulcar Solar Car Cooler to show how strong is the wind coming from the fans.

ReplyDeleteYou are welcomed and thanks Linda
DeleteWah, canggih wei ! To be honest, I have never seen nor heard of this thingy. But it's good to know your sharing. Wah, you so canggih, know how to trim the rubber following the window size? I am not good in this kinda thing leh, hehehe..
ReplyDeleteEasy to trim. Just use a sharp scissor and trim the end so that it fit your car window nicely
DeleteGreat! I would like one too.. will get it installed soon!
ReplyDeleteI think you'll be amazed by it :)
DeleteGreat job on the video! We can't wait to use ours the next time we go south. Last time we went the hot sun cracked our truck window.
ReplyDeleteSure it helps a lot. Our weather is is hotter .

ReplyDeleteYou can check out from their FB.
DeleteYea vkool helps but if windscreen cannot put vKool leh. Polis tangkap
Hmmm...J also know how to install. I think shouldn't be a problem for me then.
ReplyDeletehahaha....sap sap sui.... :p
Deleteyes, what mamarazzi said about the heat trapped inside the car under hot sun is very true!! once a friend placed a CD with plastic case in the car, and the CD (together with the case) went crooked into an "amoeba" shape - you can see how hot it's in there.. @_@"
ReplyDeletei kena before.....
Deleteoh, that's indeed very easy installation even Small Kucing (and mamarazzi) could do that!! so it's actually meant to be put on and take off as and when needed right??
ReplyDeleteyes. You can take out and put in when necessary
DeleteInteresting, thanks for sharing!!! =]
ReplyDeletewelcome
DeleteOh that's a very creative way to use the power of the sun! Good for you!! :)
ReplyDeletesure does. Clever
Deletebut i have one question.. since part of this kulcar is exposed outside of the car, i wonder if leaving it out there would attract thieves, or maybe knocked down by other bypassing vehicles?? you know lah, Malaysia~~ :p
ReplyDeleteGoodness why would the thieves wanna steal this fan? They cannot even resell it for a fortune. When they see kaldip's buttock print on his seat, they might think twice!!
Deletethe solar panel you can flip down. but with our hot weather here even with flipped down sure will "catch " sunlight unless parked under shades.
DeleteThieves wont wanna steal gua....
Not sure if my comment previously went through, but I like this creative design that uses the solar power!
ReplyDeleteyes your comment came in
DeleteOur country is so damn hot and have plenty of sun! We should invent everything that uses solar energy like this cooling fans! I love this invention and gets my thumbs up!!!
ReplyDeleteI believe someday our cars can run with solar panels on the roof and bye bye petrol!
thinking of installing solar panel roof but still so darn expensive leh. Heard government is giving subsidiyon that. If have solar roof the monthly electric bill they will give some sort of rebate wor. Same goes for electrical appliances
DeleteNormally I have to leave the windows down a bit when I parked them under the blazing sun as the leather seats would get the whole car HOTTER! One day my car would catch inferno fire itself!!! Choi! Choi!...
ReplyDeleteI think I need 2 fans to blow my kereta lembu panjang.
Eh! How come you could get 40 degrees reading in your car! I would have died that day.
my kereta got the tempreture thingy mah.
Deleteeven with windows open a bit can still feel the hot air lor
Very interesting!
ReplyDeleteThanks
DeleteWhen I was riding the bumpy bus ride in China's Anhui Province, heading to the Mount Jiuhua, I saw so many houses and shops in the villages had solar panels on their roofs! They didn't look like the hot water solar panels we see in Malaysia. I thought the mainland Chinese folks are smart to fully utilize the solar energy to be used in their house. I suspect those very remote villages have little or no electricity supply to their areas as China is unbelievably such a very huge country.
ReplyDeleteThat is surprising. They are already harvesting solar power. Hmm....i wonder how is the price for the installation over there.
Deletehere mahal leh. Heard my ex-boss said RM50K to install. Duno his house bungalow or what la
Its certainly is an impressive product which I have never heard off. And it works too. I am gonna need it and going on to the site now.
ReplyDeletekinda nice right to have something that will ventilate the car. Can even put durian in the car and less stinky
Deletewow...sexy voice :p
ReplyDelete:p
DeleteCool! We got ours, gonna check it out! :)
ReplyDeleteCool. Have fun with it :)
DeleteCool product, we need this badly here in Malaysia :D
ReplyDeleteya lor...some kore some parking is right under the sun. no shades
DeleteFirst time hear your voice, hehe :P
ReplyDeleteSo this is using when we off our engine but still remain in the car?
kekeke....forced to la....else shy to speak through recording
DeleteYea either that or you can leave the car parked la. Like when you go picnic or go buy something..shopping but had to park the car under the sun. Usually people will scroll down the window a bit for ventilation but with Kulcar no need to do that lor. The ventilator will pull the hot air out
Wow. A life saving. I also hate waiting ubder hot sun. Aunty Rose now getting darker again. ;(
ReplyDeleteMust ask my hubby to get this cooler for me. Wonder he would buy or not.
Hahaha ya lor...especially when have to send and pick up the kids. Gotta wait in the car under the hot sun
Deletea life saving product
ReplyDeleteMaybe...coz many cases people left kids and pets in the car. If have this it might have saved a life...maybe ...but we wont know la
DeleteWhat an interesting product...
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteI like solar powered gadgets.
ReplyDeletego green right :)
DeleteVery interesting. We have super heat here, and you cannot get into your car sometimes. The temperatures can be(inside cars) 128 degrees F. which is 53.333 degrees C. We have to have air conditioning, and we have horrible stories of people forgetting their pets and even children in their cars to die. Sorry for being so morbid.
ReplyDeleteSame over here. Many times kids and pets got left in the car and it lead to death.
