Yea yeah....even back then I was following Mamarazzi hunting for books...
Finally dug the CDs out of the boxes. Hmmm...the number 20 CD was a bit "young" for me. Number 25 is just nice while number 35 is a bit hard. We only have 3....hopefully this year The Big Bad Wolf Books will bring in more Learning Land CDs la
Oh ya...in case you didn't know...this year BBWBS will be held at MIECC @ The Mines . Same venue as last year.
I hope they will have the Big Big Playland. BIG BAD WOLF! You hear me or not? Please bring back the Big Big Playland too ya....I don't mind if you add in a Pirate Ship or two.
Papa said if I get 100Marks for all 5 subjects in the examinations, then he will buy me a Computer wor. Then I won't have to borrow Mamarazzi computer when I wanna play my CDs or DVDs.
But then I think very hard la. Monday examination was Chinese. I don't think I got all the answers correct.
Mamarazzi was shocked when I read as "Fa"...and the "kir" I read as "ke" as in phonics.....Adei...that's the problem of dual language......But luckly I was not the only one pronounced it like that. Mamarazzi's friend's sons also pronounced it the same way too.
wow, small kucing better scored so that your papa can get you a pc for yourself!
ReplyDeleteOh, Small Kucing, must work hard and try to get that computer as a reward. But then full marks for all 5 subjects is really a tough goal. Maybe above 90% can get the computer as well.
ReplyDeletecomputer also expensive leh...must set hard goals baru got challenge
DeleteTests are often standardized and do not take into account all the different things you know! Each person is so different and tests don't allow for that. I know you are a very bright boy no matter what the tests say. And you CAN get a good grade, then you can get your own computer, wow that is a BIG prize!!!
ReplyDeleteyea....especially the school test.
Deletewah, mamarazzi is already counting down the days to BBWS in december.. two more months to go!! very excited already?? and already spare out some room in the house for the new BOXES of books huh?? :p
ReplyDeleteshe was surprised that they actually announce the date and venue so early. Previous years they took long time to announce.
Deleteaiyoh, scoring 100% for all 5 subjects ah?? that's actually very very tough!! this paparazzi, give a bit of allowance lah, like 90% for all subjects is more reasonable lah.. 100% for all seems like he just say say only, haha!!
ReplyDeleteTough la baru can get big prize. If give easy challenge then everytime will want big prize leh
Deleteall the best and work hard small kucing!! Uncle SK support you morally from far here, get 100% for all the subjects and make paparazzi buy you a new PC for your personal use.. but then are you sure you will play those CD and DVD when you have your PC?? hehehe, sure spent most of the time play games and surf net only~~ :D
ReplyDeletethe pc will be internet disabled LOL
DeleteBe a good boy and study hard
ReplyDeleteFind a sweet girl to be your sweetheart.
LOL....still long way to go
Deletehahaha, was it his intention to pronounce it as "farker" or just an accident?? anyway, Uncle SK also do not know what's the meaning of fakir.. kids can get confused between English and Malay lah, but slowly they will improve.. like my nephew when he was younger, he asked his mom "what is A-Well Mer-Harem, mommy??" and later we only knew he was referring to the Awal Muharram holiday the next day~~ :D
ReplyDeleteFakir means poor ...
DeleteNow confusing english with Bahasa
This word never appeared in my kindie or primary days... maybe teacher scared we all pronounced wrongly.. but then during my days the four letter word was also not common... i wonder why..
ReplyDeletehahaha...no meh...good la....Mamarazzi time they teach this
DeleteAs long as he passed all 5, it is very good loh. now the kinddy exam is very hard, not like Mamarazzi or my time. We still learnt ABC in kinddy, while our children now learn "Ba, Bu, etc". Hahaha.
ReplyDeleteGood luck Small Kucing. My 4yo son also has exam, end this month. Stress lah me! My son a bit slow learner and reluctant to learn, so a bit tough in teaching him. Hope he wont get any zero is good enough.
Last time kiddie only teach ABC...now kiddie kids already know how to read long sentences.
Deletesame here la...guess most boys will be like that
He will learn and he will be there. High marks does not say anything these days. Everyone is scoring 20A"s and in the future, more than that.
ReplyDeleteHahahah true also la
DeleteAlamak..apa word is this..haha..I also don't know wat it means.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck to small kucing! Tmrw is last day of exam for Gwen.
fakir means poor...
DeleteYea tomorrow is last day of exam here too...after that "merdeka!!"
Another BBW coming? Hmm I see if I can squeeze some times and persuade my hubby to bring me there, hehe~
ReplyDeleteyup...year end...usually they will hold it in year end.
DeleteI hope you get your own PC. Thanks for the heads-up on the book sale. Looking forward to it.
