Not long ago, our neighbour gave us two strings of Petai. They bought it back from their hometown. Not that much Petai. At least not enough to cook Prawns with Sambal Petai la.
Well...what to cook....
Got some leftover rice. Hmmm...Mamarazzi thought..okay let's fry rice.
Not enough Petai...add some mixed vege la.
A tablespoon of the Sambal from Tj Sepat.
An egg....
Bits of shallot....
Mixed everything and there you go...Petai Fried Rice!
