First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTIE LITTLE BIRD!!! If you have the time, do hop over to her blog www.cleffairy.com to wish her ya...
***************
Stated here the business hours are 4pm to 12pm but when we arrived at 5pm, the shop was not open yet.
Parking was a bit of hassle as we can't park at the Community hall next door as it was occupied by Car wash operator. Hmm...I think it was a community hall la...saw it was written Dewan something something.
Well, since the shop was not open yet, we came back around 6pm. ....
Looks like not only me hungry...this poor little cat also hungry leh.
Saw some nasi lemak packets placed on the next table.
Beh tahan....
Opened one packet.
Scooped away the sambal
Surprisingly it was only RM1 a packet. WOw!
Finally out Beef and Chicken Satay arrived . Very chuncky meat with even lean and fatty meat.
The peanut gravy and the sambal came separately
Mamarazzi mixed a bit of sambal into the peanut sauce. Fulamak...quite spicy leh. Mamarazzi like it. But Papa said he like the Satay Kajang Hj Samuri sauce better
Not that pricey also considering the chunky satay.
Here is the address if you wish to try out the satay there.
Klasik Satay Station
Jalan 1/1a ,Taman Kepong Indah,
52100 Kuala Lumpur
Oh my goodness! You were so hungry until you ate plain nasi lemak.
ReplyDeleteGrowibg spurt again lo
DeleteI tried many satay stalls and still vote the Kajang Satay the best. They have a branch along Kseas highway rest area too. Has papa Kaldip tried it??
ReplyDeleteYup hv tried the kesas highway ones longvyime before I was born lol

DeleteSo cheap, thenasi lemak!!! Satay looks good but a bit pricey, I would think. Never mind, as long as they tasted good! Can't get really good ones here - maybe that's why, cheaper. Hehehehehe!!!!
ReplyDeleteNot pricey lo coz big skewer of meat there
DeleteNice place! I shall go for this too coz she likes satay as well (there's one halfway between my place and hers called Satay House). It serves good satay and they do it to order and it's good.
ReplyDeleteYours looks great too! I love how the nasi impit looks. I'll say RM 0.70 for chicken and RM 0.90 for beef is pretty reasonable too! :D
Hmm will google satay house. Think havd heard/seen some where..but forgot where...old liao :p
DeleteIt's at Kota Damansara! :)
DeleteThere's a highway that leads to a school and a university (KDU) - turn left to exit the highway on the turnoff *after* that (heading away from KL to Shah Alam/Klang) and you won't miss it.
will open eyes big big and look out for it :p
Delete70sen per stick is very cheap.... in another few months, it might be up at RM1... :)
