We start out from Ah Mah's house quite late. About 11am. Wanna meet up with Isaac. Looking forward to play with him
Mamarazzi was looking for Paung. Long time have not had Paung.Hmmm.....no sight of any paung ...maybe coz it was weekend. Over there weekend, many shops not open, unlike in KL.
Anyway...when we arrived Merchang saw some stall selling Paung.
Simply tembak and stopped at this shop
It was fresh out from the oven. The lady was taking them out from the container.
Mmm...nice aroma of freshly baked buns. Tastewise okay la. Can't compared to the ones we bought from Kampung Cina , K.Trengganu but of course we were used to those.
Papa wanted "Air Jagung" (Corn juice) Mamarazzi say they have Coconut jelly so she bought it for me too.
Guess what! She found these. Last round Mommy Yen gave me some before .
can I have them now? I love Banana Crackers.
Stopped at the Lemang stall that we usually goes to in Kijal. Stall numbered 8B from KT going towards KL side of the road..
Bought four lemang for RM10.(RM2.50 each). There were 3 type, small, medium and large. Mamarazzi opt for small size coz it taste more "lemak".
Opsie...this round didn;t have empty container so asked the lady to packet in styrofoam boxes.
Fruits season. Can see all sorts of pickles being sold here. Yup...better pickle them rather than leave the fruits to rot.
Slurrrppppppp...coconut Jelly....what's selling at the side of the road....?
Crest nuts...yums....Mamarazzi got down to get some but price was not right...RM13 for half kg....yikes...
Hmm......hungry leh....eat lemang la....next stop...somewhere "spicy".

ReplyDeleteWhat I liked was that instead of roti kahwin and coffee breakfast set, in KT Chinatown there was a roti paung option and butter the little things seperately with the kopi. Mmm.
