Ipoh One Day Trip

After finding fishball in Tg Sepat,  Kaw kaw finally satisfied. The next day she flew out and same time Papa's  Indonesia friends fly in.

They were staying some where in Petaling Street. decided to go Ipoh for a day trip. First stop...Brickfields for the best Char Keoy Teow in KL!

Oh my kucing! wrong timing leh. Raya holiday. Only 3-4 stalls opened at the restaurant . Had to wait half an hour for this plate of CKT.

Too bad the Peter Pork Noodle was not opened. They didn't get to try that.

Off we went to get our car at YMCA

Me seems to have selfie mood la...kept asking or selfie.

Journey was smooth. STopped and refuel at Petronas. Hmmm how come now balik kampung Petronas no longer provide free coffee ka?

Saw thisbig signboard about MH370. Papa's friend wrote a few words. Me too kaypoh wanna write. Hope they find it soon

After what seems like a long journey, we are finally there....visited a temple. Smooth journey. Not many cars on the road.

Got my camera ready.
There was a cave up there....but entrance fees was RM4. Hmmm ...tak jadi la...coz we also not enough time to explore leh

Just snap some photos will do la.

Then off we went to second temple...near the Sam Poh Tong Temple. Human mountain human sea aagain...snapped some wacky photos and off we went food hunting

alamak....Ipoh Tour Guide went to KL pulak that weekend...err...pakai hentam la. Had lunch at Woolley Food Court.

The off Mamarazzi went Wolf hunting.....already posted about that earlier.

Papa wanted to buy some Tau Sa Peah from Ming Yue Confectionery but habis jual liao. They were selling moon cakes. Left only red bean and "tau Yong " mooncake...what is Tau Yong ah? English called what.

 Bought two boxes

Very cheap leh. Red bean punya only RM3/pc and Tau Yong ones with egg yolk cost RM5 only. Dont think can find such price in KL leh

See the paste...a lot of kuaci. Mamarazzi loves it. Hmm...if we can go Ipoh again before mooncakes festival. Will sure to borong more.

After buying the mooncakes we head back to KL lo. Takut traffic jam. Arrived KL and cari makan some more.

  3. Such good pictures of you today, and also your mom!!! I especially like your pose by that yellow box...I think the purple tree behind you is a Crepe Myrtle, so you have them there, too! I thought moon Cakes were only eaten on moon cake day, Chinese New Year in February? These are very pretty.
