Easy "Pizza" Recipe

Recently, Mamarazzi discovered a new way of making pizza. Actually not she "discovered" la. One of her schoolmate posted about the easy Pizza for her berbuka puasa meal

Very easy. No need the hassle of making the dough nor buying the prepacked dough..which at times can be expensive leh.

Just take a few slices of bread. Pour some tomato sauce onto it. Add diced tomatitoes and some slices of sausages. Top it off with cheese.

Sumbat into the oven for about 10 mins ...and done!

Okay it looked burnt coz Mamarazzi used the Whole Meal bread which is brown in color.

 I like it a lot.

Mamarazzi then decided to make these for my Funland Class over the weekend. Hmm.....very laku wor. The Principal said sedap. Muahahahaha

On another case, Mamarazzi saw "human airbag" case recently on a highway. Actually she saw plenty of this t residential area where driver will put the baby/toddler in front of the steering wheel and drive around.

She kinda uncomfortable when saw this driver driving on the highway with one hand holding the toddler. Maybe they doesn't have a car seat or maybe the toddler was making too much noise that the driver had to hold on to him while driving but...but...but...well....hope they arrive to their destination safely lah.

No matter how safely ones drives...sometimes you don't hit people but people might hit you.

yeah, I think it's not safe to drive like that. Why not get a baby seat and give the baby some toys to entertain him/her ?

  2. Here, it is against the law to leave baby out of the car seat! Is it the law there? You can get a ticket and a fine here. It is so dangerous for little ones, they can fly all over the car if a wreck happens! Does not matter if the baby cries, it it for their own good. Soon, they will get used to it, Great idea for pizza!!!!

  4. Good good! Learn to cook. Next time can cook for girlfriend. Hehehehehehe!!!!

Humph!!! God should not have given them any children, don't know how blessed they are!!!! Like the teacher who forgot the baby in the car till the poor thing died. How can that ever happen? Or the kid that fell how many floors at Gardens and died. No need to give excuses, no need to give reasons, never mind how valid they may be! The poor kids are dead!!! So irresponsible these parents...and your photo is evidence enough. Period.

  9. Uncle SK did that during his uni time, the simple pizza.. use bread slices good enough, spread pasta sauce (this would be a lot nicer than just tomato sauce) then topped with anything found in the fridge and lastly cheese!! yes, he can do it~~ :p

    1. tarak pasta sauce wor...okay....must remind Mamarazzi to get pasta sauce

  10. but one thing is that whatever sauce used, must make sure the bread is completely spread with.. the part that comes with no sauce but just naked bread, sure hangus in the oven.. that's Uncle SK's experience.. :)

  19. Yeah, easy-peasy pizza. Looks yummy too!

  20. I've made this kinda pizza before but with pasta sauce. :)

I'd rather strap my kid in a carseat at the back and have her bawling away than hold her while driving. But I guess some people can't afford carseats. And I guess it's marginally safer than having 2 adults n 2 small kids on a motorbike (which is a common sight here too).

  22. I agree with the simplicity of the pizza. I do that too and there's other toppings we can add. The driving part: I totally don't think its the right thing to do. You never know what will take place in seconds or minutes.

  25. New recipe using tomatitoes? Driving with kid in front is holding on to a time bomb. Bananaz had a hair raising experience once back in the70's with my little niece. My miniGT steering wheel got stuck & jammed for a short while by her thighs as the steering wheel was lowered to the max. Lucky was driving very slow managed to kill car when slammed on the brake.

  28. I am always sad to see many drivers who failed to protect their children inside. I think our local awareness is still lacking as humans have short memory and their stubborn level are high!

My uncle once sat in the middle of the back seat and his friend drove fast at the highway. He crashed with oncoming vehicle and the impact threw my uncle to the front. He crashed through the broken windscreens and flung to the front part of the car. He was bleeding profusely with glasses piercing all over his broken limbs and organs. He died hours later. The following week, a child died in similar manner as reported in newspapers. The small child was standing behind the father who was driving. Now the toddler was in front...lagi dangerous.
