IOI City Mall , Putrajaya



 After playing water, we went to the newly opened and much talked about IOI City Mall in Putrajaya. 


Surprisingly, most of the shops here have been occupied and opened for business. There are a lot of makan place here.The mall was spacious too.


 Was anxious to go into the mall but Mamarazzi kept delaying me by wanting to snap photo.

Heard there is a Ice Skating Area and Theme park. Arrived there the Ice Skating was not available yet. They were cleaning the place lor. Saw the Theme Park. Tarak go in coz Mamarazzi said no money .

 First stop....Food junction. Not really hungry yet but thirsty. Sat down for Ice Kacang. Lovely view of outside of the Mall from the Food Court. Tarak snap pic coz battery low liao.

Walk around some more. Got branded shop and those which is not so branded too.


 Tired of walking, .....wish they put more benches along the way for us to sit and rest. 

Lunch time hungry liao....Mamarazzi just eeny mini minie moe.....tembak one restaurant to have lunch.......

 End up at Tenka coz Mamarazzi saw their banner of this bowl of noodle

Ordered that. Taste okay la. But the meat slices had a tad too much fat on it. 

 I had the Soft Shell Crab Noodle which I shared with Papa. I eat the noodle while papa ate the ingredients.


 
Don't know why but small bowl of noodle only but so filling leh. Mamarazzi also cannot finish her bowl of noodle.



Mamarazzi's comment on the mall. Nice and comfortable place to do shopping and to walk around but the parking need much improvement.

We parked at LG(a) level. When we wanna go back to the same level, Mamarazzi got "lost". Label at the lift doesn't have LG(a) level. Got Parking 1 Parking 2 listed in the board ...the button pulak G, LG, M, B1, B2...so which one leh? Not only we got lost. Saw a few others got lost too.


Secondly, the parking card. When we wanna pay, it state "Card Faulty". Saw a staff pass by and Papa asked the staff. She said have to go to their office which is quite faraway from the machine. Lucky a police officer was nearby and he offered to lead us to the office.

Sampai there......long queue. Many of which are people working there coming to submit forms for season parking. Only one staff was there. Pity the staff. He looked  so harassed. Had to queue at least half an hour before it comes to our turn.

Finally got a new card from the Staff. Walked all the way back to where we came from. Went and pay parking. There was two man in front of Mamarazzi trying to make payment. Same thing..."Card Faulty" was flashing on the screen. Adoi. Mamarazzi advised them to go to the office and we managed to pay our parking in the end.

Overall verdict? Lovely place to walk around. Hope the Management would look into the parking matter. Maybe put a few cash payment counter at the exit instead of depend solely one machine.

    They sure need to fix that parking system! Too bad the ice skating was closed! Will you come back when it is open? I would love to see you skating. I love to shop, too. I think they had such a few benches because they want people shopping, not sitting!

      We didnt go back to the ice skating place after that. Next time have to bring glove and sock. forgotten to bring. if wanna rent will be expensive

    When I see I0I I thought Puchong pulak.. Wah nice, go until Putrajaya to merayap, geng! Me ahh, only bring the boys go nearby places only.. Restless la, cannot go so far.. Ooooo ramen, love it.. Can eat two bowls and finish the soup too.. Yummmzzz

    New one? New brooms don't sweep well, eh? Same as the market here - the numbering in the lift confusing - i number covers two floors.

      Google and found that it started in Nov last year. Went and givce feedback in their FB and saw many also commented about the parking. Some had to queue up to 45mins to pay the parking at the machine. So we kira very lucky la that day

    new mall sure still kelam kabut...i usually waited until a few months after launched before exploring a new mall...I tink the skating ring should be ready by then?

      The skating ring was ready. But they open at certain timing only. then they close to clean up and resurfacing. Ngum ngum the time we went it was their maintenance time

    They stop you at the autopay still ok lah, what's worse is at Gurney Plaza in Penang, the card is good enough to go through autopay, can pay... but not good enough for the exit gates, card faulty there, then will all the cars queuing behind you.. I dunno why they set different systems for payment and exit..

    Heard about this mall. Ramen is nice. My almost 6 yo boy could finish the whole bowl of ramen.

    Makes me think of a mall there when they just starting operating, also problem, that mall Claire went before also, my 1st time is meeting her at that mall...

      It's spacious Anay but come weekend, it's really jam packed with people especially the restaurant area.

    wah, school holidays happy happy go shopping huh without Ah Kong and Ah Mah huh?? hehehehe.. Uncle SK heard of this IOI City Mall and also passed by once before too!! just passed by when meeting up with a client for lunch so tarak went in lah.. saw from outside, looks nice leh, and very BIG place also..

    hahaha, Small Kucing sabar a bit lah, Mamarazzi first time there so sure excited a bit and must take photos everywhere lah.. let her go there a few more times, sure she also lazy to take photos already one.. hahahaha, trust Uncle SK or not?? this Mamarazzi raised her cat tail, we all know what she wanted to do~~ :D

    must find one day to go there but then actually it's out of the way for Uncle SK also, see if nearby there then will belok go in, else won't actually purposely drive all the way there also lah.. somemore better wait for a while since Mamarazzi commented on their parking system that badly needs improvement, muahahaha.. :D

    wah, Uncle SK thinks that one is not just normal noodles but Japanese Ramen lah.. the type of Japanese Ramen that Uncle ChrisAu loves so much, muahaha!! but one thing very funny was the egg, how come it's a full boiled egg?? should give those boiled eggs with runny yolk mah, haha.. but overall looks decent lah, those Japanese chasiu memang like that lah, hope the fat won't be too geli and jelak but melt in the mouth??

    Oh, lucky I read this and know that they charge for parking now. I went in Dec, parking still free then. Yes, I agree with SK, the noodle looks like ramen and the char siew is like that fatty normally. I think the oil makes Mamarazzi gets full quicker.
