I thought we were going to eat noodles at Chicken Cuisine Noodles house in Subang Permai?
Mamarazzi said had to detour coz no parking space at the Chicken Cuisine Noodles house even after waiting for 15 minutes. Lunch time leh.... super crowded lo. papa don't wanna simply park and block people car.
Like the other day someone blocked Papa car. honked for ages still pekak. Waited and waited then the owner baru lenggang lenggok slowly walk to the car to drive away. No sorry at all.
Back to the grandmother story...it's unbelievable that we have not been to Subang Teo Chew Bak-Kut-Teh for ages. The last time we came was back in 2009. Shop is located just a few blocks away from the noodle restaurant .
Ohhh....nice nice wobbly meat *purposely tunjuk to make someone in Aussie jealous*
Super hungry leh. Papa and and me eat fighting for it.
Mamarazzi pulak like to eat the Pork Trotter Vinegar.
Good. More shares for me.
Slurrppp.....ate two bowls of rice leh.
Came home , that evening received a parcel from Singapore.
Lovely angpau packets. Want Mamarazzi to fill up and send back ke? hehehe
Oh....thank you very much ....Can you guess who is this generous person?
Klang valley is a haven for bkt ....there are so many there and most are good.
ReplyDeleteye lor.....every corner also have BKT shop. Can have dry BKT , strong herbal ones and etc
DeleteSo considerate of Paparazzi not to block others' cars. Lucky no place to park so now everyone gets to enjoy more delicious food and Mamarazzi gets to eat loads of wobbly wobbly jelly.
ReplyDeleteunexpected detour. good also la :)
DeleteThat must be a crowded popular place to eat! Blocking cars? Good papa did not do that, I think that is kind.....nice to get a gift too when you got home
ReplyDeleteYes it's very popular as the food there taste good. Yea....lunch hours rush. Some will simply park here and there
DeleteWhat a wonderful and thoughtful surprise! I think you should be going back to this place more often!
ReplyDeleteHmm..nice to eat but cant eat this often as it's too much meat
DeletePork trotter vinegar! My favourite! I like bak kut teh too.
ReplyDeleteslurpps right?
Delete"Like the other day someone blocked Papa car. honked for ages still pekak. Waited and waited then the owner baru lenggang lenggok slowly walk to the car to drive away. No sorry at all."
ReplyDeleteLots of people like that these days, ladies also the same - just park behind someone's car to go into the bank. If do fast-fast, never mind. Simply lenggang-lenggang, taking their sweeet time. Cilaka betul. Old people say, the parents never teach one, all so kurang ajar one. More and more like this - what is this world coming to, I wonder?
Like I saw somebody on Facebook, parked at yellow line outside the building, got a summons - RM100 fine. Still dared to share on Facebook and scolded the police, said he went in 10 minutes only. So shameless lah all these people. Tak pandai malu pun.
Errr...not parents didn't teach...more like licence kopi-o kot
DeleteFrom Singapore? Must be Sharon. Wah!!!! She's so generous.
ReplyDeleteso panai
DeleteSo nice, how come you never took me to this place leh? Hehehehehe!!!!
ReplyDeletetoo far la.....you appointment book so thick.....cannot go far from your hotel to eat. Next time tapau and freeze let you bring home.
DeleteI think I have came to this place before for bak-kut-teh, but dunno izzit the same place you posted here la.. Rasa macam pernah mari.. During lunch time, with colleagues..
ReplyDeleteThe dishes look familiar.. Pork trotters, suen-latt-choy and all, rite? Usually when we go for bkt, we always order two types also.. Soup type, and also dry type.. All served in claypot also.. When they say go eat bkt, I always very happy one, hehe.. Coz very "hoi wai" when I think of it..
Of course we will also always order my favourite, intestines and stomach !! Hahahaha.. Wah, J ate 2 bowls of rice? Clever boy wor.. Dunno when my Kz can eat even half bowl of rice, sigh..
not surprising if you have been here before as not far from your office
DeleteIf eat Pork Trotter Vinegar, i will only eat the lean meat, hehe...
ReplyDeletethen give me all the wobbly meat ,....muhahaha
DeleteI have seen all the lengang lengok or whatever before.. was in SEA park when someone blocked my friend's car too... kept horning and horning... then one lau apek came out.. just smiled and drove away.. yeah, nowadays people never say sorry.. it seems to be the hardest word?
ReplyDeleteIf mention Singapore, either Shirley or Sharon... but my guess is Sharon! Got prize for correct answer? hahahaa...
Ya lor....at least the lau ah pek smiled. This one i think they finish makan baru come out move the car

Aloha Cloudia. Have a great weekend
DeleteWow so many goodies, must be very happy haha
ReplyDeleteso so so full...yum
DeleteI'm always a fan of good bak kut tehs around klang valley. Hey! subang is so near where I work in shah alam :D
ReplyDeleteyup...time to drop by this place
DeleteDon't like someone just block my car, like my neighbor...horn also no use, so end up got to ask my sister to reverse my car for me, because I don't have that expert skill to reverse car in very small spaces!!! =[
ReplyDeletelanggar aje LOL....yea lor betul betul cilaka simply parking like that
DeleteI think I have been to that same Bak Kut Teh shop but I cannot east so much fats. I prefer lean meat and they make good soups. So delicious and yummy.
ReplyDeleteNgum la....gimme all the fatty meat yums...
DeleteI always double park my car and would sit inside with my ears glued to hear any horns. I seldom had peace eating when I blocked someone's car so I have to try to get a space. You know la, that new area in Sri Petaling has serious parking problems.
ReplyDeletebetul la...or at least put name card on the car dashboard or window la. At least people can call when they wanna get out.
DeleteI saw Minions and I guess it was from Uncle SK!!!!!!
ReplyDeletenope...not from Uncle SK :)
DeleteNice red packets. I think it's the trend now where red packets there have to be bought. I may be wrong.
ReplyDeleteThe jiggly fat looks yummy! haha..
nah...cheapskate Mamarazzi still use the ones given out by banks, hypermarkets, pharmacy and etc.
DeleteThis Bak kut Teh looks so delicious! I tried KL bak kut teh and find them cooked differently from Singapore's.
ReplyDeleteyea it's different way of cooking from those in singapore.
Deleteaiyoh, BKT.. long time never go outside eat BKT already.. because Uncle SK's father sometimes will cook at home also lah, like a few times a month.. but Uncle SK not really fancy BKT lah, especially those fatty pork sure he will not touch at all, only eats those toufu pok, pig stomach, mushrooms and the ribs only..
ReplyDeleteaiyoh, how come that bowl for the vinegar trotter broken at one side one?? haha, who did that??!! must be either Paparazzi or Small Kucing, since they were fighting for the dish.. but then another dish Uncle SK doesn't touch at all, with vinegar or rice wine punya cooking he doesn't like that taste and smell.. if without them, like the normal braised pork and ginger chicken, he super likes them~~ :)
wah, so good lah.. all the way from Singapore ah?? hmmm, let me guess?? Somewhere in Singapore sent Small Kucing all those?? haha, sorry ah, didn't know many Singaporean bloggers lah, ngam ngam saw SIS above this comment, hehe!! got nice angpow packets, got Loacker wafer and that Minons zip bag!! aiyoh, so nice lor.. Small Kucing must return one thank-you card he draws himself lah.. :p
wah your dad so good ah cook BKT several times a month. A lot of work wor. Hve to blanch the meat then have to clean the pig stomach. Not cheap leh if make at home. Pretty much similar price as to go eat out.
DeleteMemang its like that one leh the restaurnt . Henta la...chipped or wat, janji the taste its good.
so pandai :)
Pork trotters? Oh, so good; my all time fav.
ReplyDeleteyup...taste good...with a lot of wobbly meat
DeleteEh your post just reminds me that I have not eat BKT for quite some times! xD
ReplyDeletegoing to eat this coming weekend?
Deleteyou like collecting angpou envelopes? i have some if you want to trade. hehe
ReplyDeletenot really collect. People give, Mamarazzi keep lo
DeleteYou wonder where some of these drivers got their license to drive. Maybe out of a cracker jack box...
ReplyDeleteyea..... :(
DeleteMe long time no visit this BKT shop too. I always order their asam fish
ReplyDeleteYea that is another good dish from this shop but Mamarazzi doesnt like the fish LOL
DeleteWobbly meat is a very popular dish here...they eat with mantau. Too bad I just dunno how to enjoy eating fat haha.
