Ordered Sirap Limau Ice and Ice bandung drinks.
Sirap...
Bandung.... hmm of the two, I still preferred sirap limau ice la.
Mamarazzi wanted to have Kerabu mango(Mango Salad). Serve in a plastic plate. Interesting idea. They must have experienced rowdy kids yanking the plate till plate smashes on to the floor in thousand pieces.
According to Mamarazzi the Kerabu Mango tasted ok. Papa suggested that if they pound the peanuts to make it smaller pieces it will bring out more of the peanuts aroma.
Shrimp fried eggs. Another interesting way of cooking this. Usually it's in omelet type but this was different
Stir-fry beef. Mamarazzi finds this dish is a bit tough. She is not sure how ones makes stir-fried beef tender. Maybe need to boil the meat first?
Ah...guess what is this? "white" Tomyum. Said to be less spicy. Saw Mamarazzi and papa eating till "rain". But still finished off everything wor.
Conclusion? Well, some dishes suit our taste and some not la . Price wise...was affordable la. *yikes now sounding like a certain bookstore pulak*
Not sure of the address but according to search in Foursquare it's at alan Bidara 6/3 (Saujana Utama 3), 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
I have tried white tomyam once, not bad wo! But prefer the traditional type, hehe~
ReplyDeletesupposed to be less spicy wor
DeleteTo make the beef softer, can use papaya as the beef tenderizer to marinate the beef before cooking it. For the details, have to use google. This is all I know.
ReplyDeleteoh...thanks :)
DeleteAll looks REALLY good, especially the TomYum! And the drinks are very pretty!
ReplyDeleteColorful ya the drinks

DeleteSekali pandang the word saujana, I thought you all eat at saujana resort pulak, opposite my office nia.. Then see properly towards the end, oohh kat Sg. Buloh..
ReplyDeleteI realize mamarazzi loves kerabu mangga kan? Almost every makan post (if there's kerabu menu), sure mamarazzi will order kerabu one.. But I'm more like J, likes noodles, eggy gravy thingy and fried rice, kekekeke..
Err, how to make the beef soft & tender ahh? For me la, I marinade with corn starch first, then the meat is very soft ger wor when wana stir-fry that time.. White tomyam, my favourite !! I had it a few times when I was in Krabi, then never really tasted it anymore after that.. White tomyam is nicer then red one (for me la), but depends on individual taste also la..
no la...not near your office. jauh.
DeleteYes, Mamarazzi loves kerabu mango ...yun yum

Deletefirst thing Uncle SK saw on the menu was the names of those dishes in Thai.. ah, would be nice to learn them so that we have no problem ordering food if happens to be in Thailand, haha!! so far Uncle SK only knows by heart a few dishes - tomyum gung (this one sure must know lah, so popular), ka mu mai ao nang (pork trotter rice without the fatty skin), kao niao mak mon (sticky rice with mango).. eih, actually quite sufficient already right?? three dishes including an appetizer, a main and a dessert!! haha~~ :D
ReplyDeletesure enough or not. Later go home not enough have to cook instant noodle leh
Deletewah Small Kucing need to tax all the drinks before Paparazzi and Mamarazzi can enjoy them huh?? hmmm, all made from sirap - can have plain sirap, can have sirap limao, can have sirap bandung, can have sirap bandung cincau also.. ah, now Uncle SK pulak is craving for that sirap bandung cincau pulak~~ it's all Mamarazzi's bad!! :D
ReplyDeleteAll have his saliva jor.
Deletethat one was mango kerabu ah?? hehehe, sorry ah Uncle SK saw so many "jaap" banjiring the food mah, thought it was something else.. and that shrimp fried eggs, errr, cannot see clearly the photo so unsure how they were cooked, but looks like the "oh chien" style, so how exactly different this was cooked ah?? haha..
ReplyDeletethat one kerabu mango in the pink dish.
Deletethe fried eggs duno...it's like the crunchy oh chien type
eih, Small Kucing didn't try that tomyum?? Uncle SK thought he already started to appreciate this yummy food?? hmmm, clear and plain looking but not necessarily not spicy dei.. i think those orangy red tomyum we used to have here are added with some turmeric, Uncle SK tried those plain looking ones before, and Mak Oi, can be so spicy not only"rain" but "storm" instead..
ReplyDeleteCoz that tomyum no noodles in it.
Deletehahah! syiok har the tom yum? Lol!
ReplyDeleteraining oh ...LOL
DeleteAlamak. ... hungry la looking at this post :-)

DeleteHave tasted white tomyum before and not too bad, again depends where it is from. Among all, the kerabu is tempting though I don't quite like being served in plastic plates.
ReplyDeletealso depends on how spicy it is ya.
DeleteWow. Looks good.
ReplyDeletenot bad la
