PROPWALL : Hunting for Real Estate Makes Easy

I love to go riding bicycle in Publika. Often I look forward towards weekend when we can go there. It's a long journey and we pass by many housing estates

One place that amazed Mamarazzi is Mont Kiara. It's within 10 minutes drive from the city center in goo traffic condition and within 15 minutes drive to Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya.

The homes there are stylish and near to every modern facilities; be it shopping, banking. international school and more. No wonder it's a favourite of the upper market and expats.

Just out of curiosity, Mamarazzi check out the real estate value in Mont Kira.

Found a very good website for that purpose. It's basically a Malaysian accommodation website.

Actually they have information on Singapore properties but Mamarazzi was more keen on information about Mont Kiara.

Love their tagline "We're different".

She soon found out just how "different" Propwall is when she type the word "Mont Kiara". In a blink of an eye, a long drop down list appeared. They have listing for 28 Mont Kiara, 11 Mont Kiara, VERVE Suite Mont Kiara, Mont Kiara Bayu and many more. Really impressive.

At the side bar she noticed that they even listed the name and contact  number of the person who is a Specialist in  Mont Kiara  area, Ean Goon.

Propwall also provides information about the neighbourhood. There is even a map to list properties in that area. This is certainly a good neighbourhood to stay in. It have three major highways passing through the area, namely the SPRINT highway, the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the Duta - Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE).

MRT project is ongoing too and is expected to be completed  by the year 2020 will pass through this area, granting it even better accessibility. Surely the market value of the properties here will increase.

She clicked to the "Market Trend" section. True to what Mamarazzi suspected. Property in this area seems to be a good investment. Market value of the property kept increasing and they have good demand for property in this area.

Overall, Mamarazzi is very impressed by Propwall. The information here seems to be well researched.  I bet many real estate agents, property investor,  house owner and house buyer are peeking into this website for information.

This makes Mamarazzi  wonder if certain Banks will consider using the information here as additional support to give out Banking facilities like loans . If yes, sure the the Valuations Assistance in various Valuation Companies will be very happy as no more irritating phones called to them by banks executives to get indication of properties CMV. Bank executives can do it themselves online.

  7. Mon't Kiara is nice.

Sometimes I join running group that runs around the area too on weekends when I need to do long runs. Quite a number do their runs around this neighbourhood.

But then again, can't help feel the area is now a bit jam-packed? Too much development?

But the houses there sure nice lah...

And good investment too. Expats ramai there.
