Steamed Beer Chicken(Non-Halal)

The other day, we had half a can of beer leftover. Mamarazzi kiasu. Beer is expensive leh. It's a waste to throw it away just like that.

Hence she dug up some Chicken Wings and drumstick and marinated them overnight with the beer.

The next day, she sliced some mushrooms and added a bit of Goji. Put everything to steam in the Rice Cooker with the rice.

Opps...sorry. Forgot to snap photo before eating.

 Yum yum...

Taste not bad. Taste lighter than the DOM Steam Chicken.
