One Duck, Many Meals

Well, each time we go down town Mamarazzi would surely buy a Roast Duck from Sze Ngan Chye Roast Duck.

She would make as many meals out of it as she could. Last round she posted "1 Roast Duck, 3 Dishes"

This round also the same. Ate it as a dish by itself.

After dinner, there were quite a lot of meat leftover. That night we Roast Duck Noodle for supper.

Fried the duck meat again, an egg and some garlic
Jeng! Jeng! Jeng! Roast Duck Kon Low Mee....One for Mamarazzi and me.

And one for Papa.

Papa also tak mau kalah. We had some extra Popiah Skin. Guess what he did?

He can do magic one leh..Turned Roast duck into "Peking Duck".
