Dinner Plus Supper at Newton Food Court , Malacca

As I have said yesterday, I was famished after the swim.

Around 7pm we went out hunting for food. Papa had in mind to have dinner at Tee Soon Loong Chan Teo Chew Seafood Restaurant, but then after making a few rounds and couldn't find a parking spot, we head on to another place. Moreover, Mamarazzi got down from the car to ask, the man said the restaurant was full. Need to wait long.

Round punya round, arrived at Newton Food Court. Heard there are nice food here. I was famished but when I saw the kiddie rides, my hunger was forgotten.

Vroom ! Vroom! future Mat Rempit.

Mamarazzi ordered Fish Ball Keoy Teow soup for me. A lot of ingredient but not much Keoy Teow. RM4

Don't have mood to eat coz kept thinking wanna play and play and play...no more hungry.

Mamarazzi spotted Prawn Noodles and ordered a bowl for herself. RM4.50.The boy got her order mixed up. Supposed to be mihun and noodle but it came with noodles only. Never mind la. Still the taste was good enough for her.

Papa ordered some Satay. Chicken, oink oink and intestine satay but the lady got mixed up gave us 20 skewers of Chicken Satay instead.

When she realised her mistake, she gave replacement.

the intestine satay with the spicy peanut gravy

Papa ordered Oh Chien(Fried Oyster omelet) RM8. Portion was very big. Not much oyster.

 Some Lobak. Very crunchy

 Century Egg.

Fried Keoy Teow. Papa didn't finish this coz it was quite oily and surprisingly sweet. CKT aren't supposed to be sweet, right? Maybe different states have different way of frying it.

Finally, I finished eating my noodle. Mamarazzi gave me 50sen and I got to play this "car". Hmmm....duno why the man behind me is staring. Maybe he wanna ride too kot?

Dropped by this Putu Piring stall to get some of the delicious Putu Piring as Papa was still hungry. Price have not increase. Still 90 sen a piece.

  5. Ooh, I've never had intestine, but dipping in the peanut sauce would probably be ok:) Swimming does make you hungry, and I don't know why.

  6. The food at the food court looked pretty good... Most of our food courts are inside malls --and are just 'fast food' type of food--not restaurant type...

I'll bet that the little guy would much rather play than eat... Typical children!!!!!! ha ha
