Ah...finally the food it here. Long wait coz it was a weekend. I love this dish. Kept asking Mamarazzi to top up the gravy for me.

Thai sauce something something pork ribs. Pity the decoration ...layu liao.
Spinach soup. Mamarazzi said eat more vegetable wor. Can "poo poo" easier.
Errr....that means cannot eat these crunchy "noodles" ah?

DeleteYes la the black colour is original tortoise shell colour dei. They use the water terrapins in China. Adoi....can verify with any Chinese medicine shop.

DeleteI always liked Yam baskets. Long ago they were big sizes but they have shrunk now. In Hong Kong, I saw the chef carved a bird with turnips and perched it on the basket!
