Wah ...Penang very far leh. Wanna eat now wor...how ah...then found out that Paradigm Mall also have a branch.
Zoom Zoomm....Paradigm Mall we went.
A bowl of Chendol. Hmmm....taste not bad la. Got quite a lot of ingredients leh.
Mamarazzi can't help herself. Ordered a bowl of Assam Laksa. Alamak!!! got Cili padi on top leh.
It tasted quite spicy for her . They gave quite a lot of noodle. However, it would be nicer if the fish meat we not "hancur"...how you say it in English ah? Too minced up? Would be nice if it is more chunky.
Well....each to his/her own.
Errr....Paradigm Mall...no need address gua? It's in LG near Tesco hypermarket.
Have a great weekend ahead !

ReplyDeleteThese may looks like noodles but it's not. It's shave ice . Taste great

ReplyDeletethanks. Oh it's not pasta :)
Deleteoh Mamarazzi heard this Teochew Chendul from Auntie Claire.. Uncle SK heard about this from Auntie Mun because she always blog about this place.. saw in a few shopping malls but never tried leh~~
ReplyDeleteya ka? LOL...ya heard from claire when she wen to the originbal one in Penang
Deleteactually just timing not ngum lah, because every time passed by baru teringat, but then by that time always already makan so the tum-tum already no space for the cendol already.. haha!! must find one day go try purposely then :p
ReplyDeletehahah ya lor. sometimes it is like this. you want cannot find...but after don;t want then appear
Deleteoooh that's how the northern style laksa is dei Mamarazzi.. the fish is hancur one and they put chilis and shredded lettuce, unlike those in KL that comes with the fish in chunks (and no chilis and lettuce usually).. Mamarazzi been to Penang right??
ReplyDeleteya ka....adui...no wonder la. LOL
DeleteTongue biasa with the KL version jor
Uncle SK has a friend whose hometown is in Penang, and the family stays just next to where the boss of the famous Kek Lok Si laksa stays.. so everyday she sees the workers hancur-ing the fish in the house leh.. Uncle SK is not going to reveal how they do that lah, Mamarazzi can come ask him privately.. and that's the Penang style lor, they also not used to eating KL style with chunky fish..
ReplyDeletehahaha...better not to know .
DeleteLike Siti Norhaliza song "biar lah Rahsia " :p
Happy Weekend...

DeleteSo no need to go to Penang lah to eat this nice cendol and asam laksa. I also prefer the fish to be more coarse rather than finely broken up like that.
