Delicious Pau(Bun) From Kedai Kopi Shin Lok, Jeram

Once upon a December morning (yup...stale post), we went to Pantai Remis in Kuala Selangor to hunt for fresh seafood for our Christmas party.

Papa read somewhere read that around the area there is a shop selling delicious Pau. Hence we went hunting.

Yay! Found it. Located along the main road near a mosque.

A look at the prices. Hmm...not bad. Bear in mind the price is before implementation of GST ya. Now not sure whether the price remains the same.

Apart from Pau, they also have some fried noodles and fried rice for breakfast.

Surprisingly though it was only around 9am, they already have various vegetables and meat dishes done up. Maybe customers likes their noodles with extra something.

Saw some fried stuffs , carrot cakes and some kuih. Didn't buy those.

Instead I had fried Keoy Teow with egg

Surprisingly, Mamarazzi had "Loh Mai Kai". It's steamed glutinous rice with well marinated chicken meat and mushrooms.

She said she likes the taste very much. Hmm...very high praise for her indeed coz usually she don't like to eat glutinous rice much though she didn't mind making it for Papa and me to eat.

Papa tried several types of their Pau. This coconut pau was not bad. They put quite a lot of filling into it.

Also loved their Vegetable Pau which is made of Sengkuang(Yam Bean). Nice. The Yam bean was not mushy at all. Quite crunchy to taste.

Ahem...too early in the morning to eat much. Hence we "tapau" home some of the Pau. Can enjoy it at home.

If we ever go to Pantai Remis again in the morning, Mamarazzi said we must go and buy some more pau from here. Said she like wor.

They Kopi-O also thick enough for her.

For me, I stick to my Milo Kosong Iced lo.

Keen to try out the pau and other food here? Okies...here is the address from google :-

1, Jalan Kenari 1, Taman Kenari, Kampung Sungai Sembilang, Jeram, Jalan Kenari 1, Kampung Sungai Sembilang, 45800 Jeram, Selangor, Malaysia
