Teacher's Day Celebration 2015

 

Monday we were supposed to sit for our school mid year examination but dunno why teacher gave us a Memo to bring home last week. Said Examination have been postpone to start a day later coz we are going to celebrate Teacher's Day on Monday.

Maybe that's why one of my classmate so free la. She went and gave me a "love letter" . Ask me bring home and read wor. But when I got home and open it....empty geh...she used invisible ink to write ah? Like the ones we bought from Big Bad Wolf Books Sale last year ka?

Aiyoyo! last minute no time to prepare Teacher's Day pressie leh. Just "korek"(dig around) the house. Managed to come up with something presentable la. No need expensive things gua. Pens, an apple and keychains  from our vacations can gua. We "talk heart, no talk gold" punya leh.

No cards. I just cut out heart shapes from A4 paper and scribble on it . Paste. Done.

Then Sunday evening Mamarazzi saw Azura's Facebook. Hey! she made some pretty carnations from Cupcakes lines. Seems easy enough. We have got most of the materials in our kitchen.

Wokay.... we don't really have every thing la. But can replace lo....

Don't have the screw driver looking thingy...guess scissors and cellophane tape will do gua. 

No thin wire , replace with satay sticks la . no the ones "recycled" from our Melaka trip, okay........

No green tape...errr..... wrapped inside the cookies wrapper/packet, won't notice gua....

Guess this is what Sifu Azura says "up cycle" the stuffs gua.

Jeng! Jeng! end result. Not bad ah?

And the "killer" last touch...... a spray of "par fume" 

Now I can "Bollywood " like the movie "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai"

while Mamarazzi was busy making the carnation, I went' "korek-ing". Supposed to help her find the material. Instead, I found Mamarazzi's old HTC handphone. The one that went for a bathe in the washing machine and came out shivering long time ago. Tried CPR but too late. 

I was so happy when I found it. I told her "Yay! I found a phone for myself". Then she had to spoil it and say that the phone had gone to heaven la. Can't use anymore. But I didn't believe her. She told me if I don;t believe, I can try and charge it and see. I did just that. 

Hey! guess what!? It WORKS! Can turn on and I even played a game in that. Yay! Now I got myself a phone. Finder's Keepers; Losers Weepers.

Mamarazzi was amazed. Wah lau eh! HTC phone manyak durable wor...just like back in the 80s 90s where those 大哥大 handset that if you throw at the dogs, dogs also die. It's just an idiom ah! Don't go throwing things at cats and dogs , okay!

One more news......kekeke....I have two more Mr Wobbly here. Last week, one of my top front tooth dropped...or rather Dentist Lydia a.k.a Caregiver at my Tuition Centre helped me to pull it out. Save RM50 of dentist cost.
