Golden Mini Mandarin Orange Muffin and Gong Xi Fatt Chai



 Calling callin! Are you ready? Launching Operation Baking Mini Mandarin Orange Muffins!

 
Directing.....Mamarazzi is to peel and juice the mandarin oranges.
 

chop the peel into tiny tiny pieces....

 add the butter , sugar and some orange juice.


  
Okay step away Monkey...opsie..I mean Mamarazzi...I takeover now.....kacau kacau kacau

 Okay...shift in the flour and baking powder...add the butter, orange peel and orange juice mixture. Turn turn turn.....one turn and one spoonful into my mouth....

 Chef kena scolding pulak.

 Nice or not my face? LOL....splattered with the mixture.

 supposed to be enough for 12 muffins geh...but due to the "Chef" ahem ahem tasting the mixture....only enough for 10.

 Jeng jeng......

 Okay la...not perfect but kira okay la...."one mouth one muffin" lor.

Meantime don't wanna waste whatever mixture left in the bowl...yumm....

Well...there will be no more posts for the next few days.
