Up Up The Hill We Go!

Why is the journey so winding one? Can't get a good sleep. Wonder where Papa bringing us now.

Waaa....Cameron Highland. I want corn. The Pearl Corn.

Hahaha...Papa borong so many Pearl Corn for me. Oh..also borong some Strawberry Jam. Heard Ah Mah said Jie Jie Lin love Strawberry Jam.

Gosh, they also sell Cili Mexico. People says this cili are super duper fiery.

We borong so much that the Kakak gave us a packet of Strawberry for free.

Huh? This one also product from Cameron Highland ka? *Pengsan* Imported orange.

Steamed Pearl Corn. RM2-50 per cup. Yummy. Very sweet. One spoonful for me.

One for Papa.

Eeee...Papa ni. Eat so selekeh one. Open mouth big big. Say "Aaaaah"

Strawberry. The Kakak gave punya.

Ngap!

Mmmmmm...

Eeeee...sour one leh...kena tipu.

Yay! Pasar Malam time.

More strawberry. Chocolate coated and nicely decorated. But VERY expensive. One is like RM2. Don't know whether Mamarazzi misheard or not. Scared scared.

Aiks...also have Ayam Golek ah? Huh...Guava Apples? Yuck! Mamarazzi bought some before from Petaling Street. Tipu punya. It's actually peeled Guava dipped in green coloring and asam water. Not good.

Bought some Steamed Sweet Potatoes and Fried Sweet Potatoes. Taste okay okay la. Saw the Steam Peanuts but forgot to buy some when we come back.

Papa also bought this small piece of Honey Comb. Real honey inside. They cut from a big piece of Honey Comb.

First time I tasted this. I don't like it. Taste weird. Mamarrazi also had a bite. Said sweet and the comb taste like wax/bubble gum. Mamarazzi is a jakun. Didn't know that honey Comb can be eaten too.

Wa...this flower bloomed so nice. Mamarazzi don't know the English name for this flower but Cantonese it's called "Sau Kau". Said it's very hard to get nice bloom for this flower.

Hmmm...Cameron indeed have a lot of beautiful flower. Mamarazzi said can see, cannot touch.

Indeed a very interesting trip. Time for a nap.

True, the corn no need to cook and can straight eat raw. When the lady gave us to try test there, very sweet. But bring home, not that sweet. The corn have to be eaten in a day or two also. Else will become old very fast

  26. SK

    Very commercialised already :(

A lot of stuff "imported" from down the hill.

Kena tipu at Petaling street once on the Guava Apple. RM5 per packet some more. Didn't bother to ask the price in Cameron Highland.

Guess it's influence from Indonesia. Indon have a lot of these type of jeruk fruits like Guava apple. And many stalls in Cameron are man by Indon Maid
