Bedtime Stories And Prayers By Enid Blyton

Guess what I found in one of Mamarazzi's book plastic. A bedtime stories by Enid Blyton. Mamarazzi said she used to read that when she was young. Nice book.

According to Mamarazzi, her favourite stories from this book was The Man Who Was Robbed and The Poor Woman In The Temple

The first story is actually the story of the Good Samaritan. About a man that was robbed and he was rescued by a Samaritan man. The man thought Samaritan are all bad people and would not help him but this one did.

The second story is about Jesus in a temple and he asked his disciples to observe a poor woman. The woman put two mites(money) into the donation box. Then a rich man put a lot of money in the donation box. He asked his disciples, which of the two give more? The rich man or the poor woman.

Ooo..I wanna sleep early tonight. Hope Mamarazzi will read the story to me.

  29. Lupa pulak Aunti wanna comment on the bible part. Old woman liao, so forgetful. LOL...

Who gave more between the two? Auntie think, the poor woman gave more, even though the amount is small. Why? BEcause she is poor, and the money could have costs her a few days meal, but the rich man who give a lot wouldn't even feel a pinch when he gave up his money.
