Soon Wah Seafood Restaurant, Taman Berkeley Klang

Hiya! It's me again bringing you more post on delicious food. We planned to go to Pandamaran for dinner but tak jadi coz the traffic was horrible. Thus detour to Klang town. Pusing punya pusing saw this Soon Wah Seafood Restaurant fill with people though it's only 6pm. Must be good. Want some of this "keropok"?


Very nice and crunchy "keropok" with a slight hint of spiciness. I don't mind. I was hungry. RM2.


First dish. Sweet potato leaves. Without belacan coz Mamarazzi scared I cannot take it, unlike Juan Or. I love the stems. It's crunchy and it's like noodle which I can just slurp in.


Mamarazzi wanted to go Pandamaran to eat Sheong Thong Lala. This shop also have very similar. Aiyo! the wine that they put....really can mabuk. Put a lot of wine. Mamarazzi like it.


Unfortunately, they also put in a lot of cili padi. The soup become too spicy for me to drink. Tak aci! Next time must ask them to abstain from putting Cili Padi into the soup.


Just look at this yummy looking Lala. Can see but cannot eat. Torturing me leh. Papa and Mamarazzi sapu all.

Hmm...this dish I can eat.

Claypot Taufu. Yang ni lain dari yang lain. Not only that the black mushroom that they put in is very thick and big, but they also add Yam AND ROAST PORK! Very delicious. I don't know how to describe. The vegetable is cook just right. Not too soft nor too hard.


Steam Fish. Very nice presentation. They put Fried Ginger in top as a garnishing instead of steaming it with shredded ginger. The Fried Ginger looked like "Yok Si". Taste wise, this dish was disappointing. Mamarazzi don't know what's wrong with it. It's not that the fish was not fresh cause Mamarazzi saw it was alive when they took it out from the aquarium. It must be the sauce. Mamarazzi said her tongue felt very salty after eating this dish whereas Papa said the sweetness of the fish tasted very artificial. Maybe added sugar??


Mamarazzi gatal went and ordered this dish. Saw the next table having this. Looked very nice. Pork rib and the girl said for those who don't eat pork, they can replace it with chicken.


Papa let me have a piece on my own.*Kids, don't do this without adult supervision*


*Mmmmm*eat till mata juling liao* what is this thingy? Not Ice cream Potong. Yummmmmm...yummmm... I can go on chewing and biting and chew and biting like a small doggy with a bone.

Papa said the ribs got a bit "sou" smell. Must be they didn't wash it properly. Mamarazzi whose tastebuds not as sharp, said it taste ok.

Love the watermelon. Very sweet and juicy. There was 9 or 10 biji. I ate half.


Mamarazzi said in this photo, I looked like drug addict. I kept biting and biting like in a drugged daze. See my face. Look like drug addict or not?

Crazy or not...3 person wallop so many dishes? Mamarazzi terrible la. After ordering all those dishes baru discovered pocket tinggal RM110. Cham loh...don't know enough to cover the bill or not. If not, Mamarazzi said leave me here to wash plate wor. But then she spotted, Master and Visa Card Accepted Sign pasted on the door. We didn't noticed it earlier coz we were sitting outside.

Oh ya..about the plates. This shop use real stoneware/clay ware ..neh those plate that is breakable punya leh, to serve the dishes. It's very good practice. Made the dining experience more enjoyable.

Sooo....did I end-up washing plates?
