Matt Cafe, Kuala Trengganu

Mamarazzi and me was shivering liao coz of the cold cold heavy rain. It was nearly midnight. Everywhere  food was either sold out or restaurant are closing after the Parade.

Round and round around the town finally found this Matt Cafe that opens till midnight.

Cold rainy day...just nice to have a bowl of hot Tomyam noodles. I ordered that but I told them I don't want Chili ah....Mamarazzi said tomyam sure spicy one where got not spicy one.

Papa had the Fried Keoy Teow.

 Mamarazzi ordered bihun soup.Mmm...nice...many ingredients.

But when I had a bite of my Tomyam noodles....yikes....it's spicy leh....Papa tasted...not really that spicy la....maybe I was just tired and moody la.

Papa said don;t eat. he will help me finish it., Asked me to ordered another bowl of clear soup noodle la.

Since I was super hungry. Mamarazzi gave me her bowl of Mihun Soup.....

Yumm....yummm...looks like refugee that have not eaten any food for 10 days leh....

Wanted to order another bowl of Mihun soup for Mamarazzi but the restaurant ran out of mihun soup. mamarazzi was feeling tired so she said no need lah. Just go back Ah Mah;s house and sleep lor...very super-duper tired liao leh.

Now...if you are in Kuala Trengganu...hungry at midnight, you can try out this shop. Food was not bad. Here is the address : No 1, Tingkat Bawah, Jalan Batas Baru, 20300 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu

  4. My question is: Why were you all OUT at MIDNIGHT???? That is LONG past my bedtime and LONG past a child's bedtime here... AND--to be out in the cold rain would make it even harder. Glad you found some good food to eat.. HOPE all of you got to sleep late the next morning.
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  11. Hungry and tired is not a good combination, and a cold rain just makes things worse. But the soup definitely looks delicious.

  14. I guess only restaurants would open till midnight everywhere if we know where to hunt. Just like in KL, we can have many choices of eating outlets after midnight ~ just head not too faraway from night clubs!
