Chicken or Fish?

Hello ..hello....just got home from visiting Ah Kong and Ah Mah. It was a loooooooooooooooooooooong journey. (P/s: Kaw Kaw LG, no pic yet. Mamarazzi haven't download.)

I had loads of fun and loads of makan, including nearly makan rotan. This kucing ate a lot of fish this round.

Speaking of fish,Mamarazzi went to the Pasar Malam about 3 weeks ago and bought a fish..

Amazing. She found a fish monger selling this "ugly" looking fish. RM16/kg.

The Vendor said it's Chicken Fish. Hmmm...this sure looks like a very ugly "chicken".

Since it was fresh, Mamarazzi decided to steam it.Just sliced a bit of ginger and rubbed a bit of salt.

Steamed for about 10 minutes...then it turn out even more ugly.

But it tasted very delicious. Goody. No small bones. Great for kids.

Too bad Mamarazzi don't know how to grill fish else it would taste heavenly. Add a bit of Sambal and lime...mmmmm....
