Big Bad Wolf Books Sale 4th-14th December 2015

Guess  those of you who is a long time fan readers of this blog will know December is the month where Mamarazzi and me will go CRAZY. Yup…totally crazy coz it is the month where the LARGEST book sale with REAL discounts will be held in Kuala Lumpur. 

We have been anticipating and looking forward to this sale since last year’s BBW ended. Yea…that’s how CRAZY we are about BBW.

Then suddenly mid last month BBW "announce" that there will be no more super low price and various perks. Being a long time fan of BBW, we suspected that it was a prank. But some doesn't feel it that way. There were some rather unpleasant remarks made. Glad everything turns out fine after that. 

With the current economic situation…Toll price increased, no more RM100 ‘"donation” to poor student like me, RM against USD rate getting to be alarming and many more…Big Bad Wolf Books Sale is certainly a welcomed event.

This is the only sale where Mamarazzi can borong as many books as she wanted without breaking my piggy bank. Thank you very much to the BBW for bringing in books at an affordable price. 

Over the last two years, Mamarazzi can see others bookstore are also conducting sale similar to BBW's. Guess this is due to the influence of BBW  who wanted to get more Malaysian to read. It's not that we don't read, but the price of books sometimes is just too pricey. This makes Mamarazzi wonder ...would they ever going to lower their price in not because of BBW?

Some says lowering books price is bad for the market and affects the earning of the authors. But think again. The books that is sold in BBW are  remainder books  If the books not bought by BBW and sold to us, it would go to waste also. By selling these book at such a low price, readers like Mamarazzi gets to try out books from various authors . It's a good exposure for authors too. If readers love the works of the author, they might go and buy their new release at full price. 

Same as previous year, this year BBW will be held at MIECC, The Mines. Yup! The sale will start at 7a.m. sharp on 4^th December and only close at 14^th December 2015. But Mamarazzi is guessing the crowd will demand for the sale to be extended for a few more days. 10 days sale is definitely not enough.  Many will come from all over Malaysia for this sale.

 

Mamarazzi have been eyeing their facebook for updates on this year's choice of books and making a list on what to grab at the coming Big Bad Wolf Sale. This is one of the thing that she wants to grab

You should follow them in facebook and stand a chance to win a Preview Pass. This preview pass let’s you get into the sale a day early. Less crowds and you can browse leisurely. 100% worth it I tell you.

How to get the Preview Pass? Okay la…Mamarazzi won’t be kedekut with the experience la. Most important is SHARE SHARE SHARE! Share whatever announcement or updates that BBW shared in  their Facebook. Make sure the setting of your Facebook status is set at PUBLIC ya. The more you SHARE out…the higher chance you will catch The WOLF’s eye and get a preview pass. That was how we got our Preview Pass for this coming 2015 BBWS. Mamarazzi have been sharing BBW status like mad in her Facebook.

Yay! We are so looking forward to 3^rd December Preview Day. So looking forward to my BBW gang. Hopefully can meet up with everyone there. Kor Kor Jon …I hope you won’t have to naik sampan come to BBW this year. So sad that you gotta miss the sale in 2013 due to FLOOD. Bad FLOOD. Every year end causes trouble. Shoo shoo! Go away FLOOD! Don’t come and kacau us on 3^rd of December to 14^th of December 2015. Come El Nino! Blow away the heavy rain that causes Flood. .

Oh ya….This year theme is the 60s. …Hmmm…..i wonder if we dress up to the 60s style….whole The Wolf give us Preview Pass for year 2016 BBW or not….hehehehe….***super hint hint and wink wink….***
