Bak Chang is Glutinous Rice Dumpling with various types of fillings. But Mamarazzi made the normal Bak Chang with meat , mushrooms, beans and a few others ingredients fillings
The next morning, after my funland class, I went for a movie date with Mamarazzi.
Went to Jom Bali for "brunch" . Had their Chicken Wanton Noodles.
I was pretty excited about this movie. Kept asking Mamarazzi is it time yet but she kept saying no.
Finally she said okay...let's head to the cinema. Yay! Minions! Here I come.
Our tickets! errrr......still cannot go in yet. have to wait for the people to come out first. Did I enjoyed the show? Of course!
But but....too bad we didn't get the Minion Key Chain. Previously, Mamarazzi received e-mail that say buy their value pack popcorn will get a limited edition Minion KeyChain. Guess they ran out of that very fast.
Came home, can't stop talking about Minions. Love the way they zoom here and there looking for a Despicable Master to serve.
Hmm..Maybe this birdie watched minions too. Zoom too fast and hit our window glass pane . Fell to the roof. Mamarazzi thought it was a goner for sure since it just laying there, not moving.
But later on , she heard loud bird noises. Seems that a bunch of birds came and "attack" this fella. Surprisingly , this fella got up pretty quickly. Glad that it's okay.
Nice movie date with mamarazzi. I also want to watch. My kids too. Haha.

I dont know how to make bak chang. Learnt once from an aunt but all my ingredients fall out during cooking. Lol.
We also have few days of bak chang eating at home. Lol.
To wrap is quite easy la but to prepare the ingredients are tedious lo. Mamarazzi learn wrappings bak chang fr youtube

DeleteBachang looks good, somemore homemade, lagi nice, coz can put in a lot of liew according to what we like.. Yesterday mum ordered 12 bachang from the seller, customized one.. Coz mum doesn't like chestnut and mushroom..Not cheap, RM7 per piece babe !!

Uncle SK also haven't eaten any bak chang this year leh.. see Mamarazzi so sayang Paparazzi leh, once Paparazzi hint hint wanted to eat bak chang, Mamarazzi straight away moved her butt from the sofa into the kitchen liao, haha!! wah, cincai?? got meat, got mushrooms got beans and others, consider good already woh.. like Small Kucing, Uncle SK also prefers to have the glutinous rice than all the chapalang ingredients inside leh.. :p

Small Kucing and Mamarazzi already been there, somemore wanna wear YELLOW to support the Minions, hahaha!! eih, but the pants salah leh, should have put on a blue pants then really the minions costumes mah, haha.. yalor, Uncle SK also heard of the free keychain with combo leh, maybe they didn't allocate enough or probably they are too cute that the staffs simpan for themselves, not uncommon in the Bolehland right?? haha.. anyway, never mind those keychain lah, Small Kucing suka?? if Uncle SK see any when go shopping, then can get some for you lah.. :)

ReplyDeleteuih, got burung gagak tua crashed onto your roof ah?? hahaha, Mamarazzi watched too much minions already until the bird also she wanna associate with the minions.. but the minions very good one, they never die one no matter how, just like the hero in Bollywood movies.. maybe just pengsan a while when hit the roof, then the other birds came to wake it up and he's all ready lor.. wah, like that Mamarazzai got check burung is what number then go and buy TOTO or not?? hehe~~ :p

What a great day....started off with bak chang , good food and then a funny movie in minions. I also want to watch but kids no time... back to the grind... tuition and enrichment classes and not forgetting JB's Fri and Sat weekend.
