Last Saturday Papa and Mamarazzi had something to do in Sri Petaling. It has been a long time since they went there in the morning.
Wah....now morning pasar have moved to the former empty lot opposite The Store.
Drove by to "jenguk" see if Mamarazzi's favourite Nasi Lemak stall still around or not. Was very happy to see that it's still around. More than 10 years in business liao. Situated opposite of Restaurant Lucky. Near Jalan Radin tengah.
What makes this stall special? Not only the rice and sambal tasted just right for Mamarazzi but it's also "buffet" style. The Lady Boss will give customer a packet of nasi lemak in a container, just like what the man on the left side of the photo is holding, and customer can scoop anything they wanted into the packet.
Peanuts, bilis(Anchovies), hard boiled eggs, cucumber and whatever condiments that goes with Nasi Lemak...you can scoop as much as you can.
They also have several great dishes that goes well with the Nasi Lemak....beef rendang, chicken rendang, sambak chicken, fried chicken, sotong, sambal petai, kerang and a few more. But.....must arrive early or else all would have been snapped up.
Mamarazzi arrived around 10.30am. By then...nothing much was left. Managed to get last scoop of Sambal petai to go with her nasi lemak. And that was a very very large scoop. *muhahaha*...sayang mah....scoop all la. Not much left what ....
Papa's one is with added rice. Got the last piece of Chicken wings . Though full of sambal but it was not that spicy. Just nice for Papa.
Who can guess how much for these two packets of Nasi Lemak?
Oh ya....a so a big

DeleteThanks for the birthday greeting! Glad the poslaju was really laju - I sent in the afternoon the previous day and it got there in the morning, less than 24 hours. So good! They must be so scared I would go to their Facebook page and scold and scold, curse and swear at their ancestors...and send a string of emails to their HQ.
ReplyDeleteNasi lemak looks so good. Next time we go places like this, can? Cheaper, I'm sure...and a lot lot lot nicer!
LOL...if not, would have mistaken that you have shareholding in Poslaju lor. They work so fast for you. For us always poslayu
DeleteI like self service, you can do things just the way you like!! But my daughter-in-law wants to be served.
ReplyDeleteLOL...coz they have too many customers. think it's easier for the customers to choose whatever they want to add into their nasi lemak.
DeleteWah best nasi lemak timm.. To me, best nasi lemak means delicious sambal.. I can have nasi lemak kosong no problem, janji sambal sedapppp..
ReplyDeleteSedap...ni janji sedap...at least for Mamarazzi la
