Christmas time is near. Christmas not only a time to loving and giving to your immediate friends and family. But also to spread the Christmas cheer and charity to those less fortunate not matter what their skin colour are.
When you have time, do pop-by BookXcess any day before Christmas and get a gift for a child. They are having their Annual Charity drive for 3 Childrens Homes. For every book you purchased for a child staying in the Children's Homes, BookXcess will give the child one more book.
A very noble deed.
a very good deed..
ReplyDeleteI remember every year before christmas, I drop by any shopping mall buy a gift and give it to some random under a charity tree. I stopped for sometime, since I stay at home so much now. This is a great deed that I can do from my house :). I will check it out ^_^.
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by my crib.

Yes, children should be encouraged to read more.
ReplyDeleteHi Small Kuching, we have not done our X'mas shopping yet. Next week. But this year my wife has decided to bake cakes and cookies instead of buying presents like before.
ReplyDeleteSo starting tonight she will be busy baking cakes.
But I wil shop secretly next day buy her a present, have already decided....seen a beautiful pearl necklace I think she'll love. So will go get it next day, and a blouse I saw and like.
We only have two small kids's presents to buy, so no problemos.
