My Second Bus Adventure to Meet Papa

Jeng! Jeng! Had my second bus adventure. Papa flying back just  for the BBWBS Preview and Mamarazzi decided to bring me to meet him at the airport.

Don't ask Mamarazzi to drive there ah...sure we won't arrive.

Slight detour to McD Amcorp Mall to meet up with Uncle Newton and satisfy my craving of McD Sundae.

 Went in and made one round. Wow...the new section for Children books is ready. There are loads and loads of lovely kid books there. Wanna see, check out Mamarazzi's book blog.

After that detoured to a toy shop nearby pending Papa's message. Earlier on when we were at McD, he text said might not be able to make it to the airport as there was a strike near the airport at the other side. Not sure if the airport will be closed or not.

Finally got the green light from Papa. We hopped on to the LRT to KL Sentral and went on a super fast ERL train to KLIA.

Uiks...got free WiFi in the ERL wor. Just too bad, the line was very slow.

 Fell asleep hugging my new toy. Excited wanna show Papa.

 

Walked around the airport while waiting for Papa's flight to arrive. Found a food court at Level 2. Surprisingly the food there was not expensive. I had this Char Keoy Teow for just RM6.80 and it was a HUGE plate .Not much "liu"(ingredient) as compared to what Mamarazzi was used to but for me it was just nice coz usually I would eat the Keoy Teow only and not the ingredients.

After the heavy meal, I saw many pink planes in this BIG screen. Mamarazzi showed me the pink plane that Papa is in and I saw it "landed" at  KLIA

Yay! Papa is back!

Pomelo Salad and Sambal Belacan Fried Rice

Papa had sudden craving for Sambal Belacan Fried Rice. Well, since we have loads of Hay Bee(Dried Shrimps), Mamarazzi decided to make some for him.

The ingredient according to Papa....some dried shrimps, some garlic, some belacan and fresh Chili.

Pound everything together

Kinda hard work pounding all that till fine. It would be easier if use a blender but then Papa will say it doesn't taste the same.

We had some pomelo and mamarazzi wanted Pomelo Salad. Papa asked Mamarazzi for the pounded Sambal Belacan(uncooked). Mixed it well with the pomelo.

The rest, she put some oil into the wok and fried it till fragrant before adding in the cooked white rice.  Papa said tasted good but still lacking of something. Maybe lacking of mom's love? Ah Mah used to cook this for papa to eat.

As for me....poor me...I can;t eat either of it.....Mamarazzi made me normal Fried Rice without the Sambal. Just egg and rice. Not bad la.

 Ooohhh so loud....why that lady shouting so laud at the cashier geh. Everyone looking at her. ... Don't know what happen la. All I know is am hungry leh

 For me is Sirap Bandung la.

Mamarazzi was feeling a bit cold so she thought she'll have Nasi Lemak to warm herself up. Fuiyoh...really HOT leh. The sambal really super spicy! Love the way they fried the eggs. Wobbly egg

Papa had Mee Mamak. 

Tummy full full, now have energy to haul our shopping home. Over all the food here is not bad la. Service was good too. The Boss very friendly to me.

Remember One Two Six Restaurant, Kampung Bukit Tinggi

On our last trip "balik KL", from Ah Mah's house we stopped by this restaurant. It was 6pm plus and tummy was a bit hungry.

Pass by this restaurant many times and always it seems to be full of people. Hence we took a chance. Hopefully won't become "waterfish" la.

Saw a stall selling Banana next to the restaurant. "Bodek-ed" Mamarazzi to buy some Banana for me.

Adui...sat in the car too long already. Pening.

Ordered their famous vegetable-Tin Chat. Texture is a bit ike "Thai Wong Miu" but it was a bit bitter. Mamarazzi like it but I don't

Somehow, I also managed to "bodek" Papa to order a can of 100Plus for me.

Fuiyoh..watermelon season ah? Got complimentary fruit wor.

*Kiasu  mode* was on immediately. Kept eyeing the watermelon so that Papa and Mamarazzi won't eat my portion too.

Overall, the food here was quite good. Surprisingly, price was not expensive. Forgotten the exact price but vege was like RM6 or RM8, then the claypot taufu also around rm10. Only the fish was around RM20 or RM28.

Santa came early ! I've got a goodie bag from Santa. But funny wor as this Santa is very slim and tall.
