Pasar "Mayam" With Mamarazzi

I went to Pasar "Mayam" with Mamarazzi yesterday. Brought along my KFC drinking bottle. Wanna buy my favourite Sugar Cane Juice. RM1 a cup.

*Sob*Sob* I saw durian stall. I want durian. But Mamarazzi said didn't bring out container. Tak mau beli wor. She lazy to carry the whole biji of durian back home.

She went and bought some vegetable. Can you guess how much is this White Lobak? Mamarazzi really terkejut when she got to know the price.

Bought from Indian stall. Mamarazzi selected one piece of Lobak. She planned to make Lobak Soup.

Gave the Lobak to the Vendor. He went and timbang. Then he went and took one more Lobak wor.

Mamarazzi dare not say anything as he muka hitam. Mamarazzi need one lobak only mah. She asked him how much? He showed two fingers and said "dua puluh sen". Mamarazzi was shocked. Salah dengar or what? 20sen? Asked again. Same reply.  Mamarazzi gave him RM1 and he returned 80sen.

Aiyo...no wonder the Vendor muka masam. Rugi the cost of the plastic bag lo selling at 20sen. If in morning wet market, one batang like that would have been 70sen to RM1.

Another vegetable that cost RM1. Looks like Mamarazzi going to cook Asam Chye  again lo.

Surprising...this one also RM1. Haiyo....yesterday Pasar Malam vegetable harga runtuh ka?

If you ask Auntie Cleffairy, you will know Mamarazzi paling pandai is cook this. Middle of the night can wake up and look for this punya.

RM10 for 3 bungkus and FREE one bag. Oh ya...the expiry date is quite near. Less than 6 months.  That's why so cheap. But Mamarazzi kiasu for the bag punya pasal, so she bought lor. No matter la coz Mamarazzi can finish the noodle very fast punya la.

Hmm...how to eat this Wintermelon ah? Hungry leh.

Mamarazzi bought Nasi "amak" for me and Nasi Campur for herself.

 Hmmm....something is not right.

How come Mamarazzi punya so much "liu" one? Mine so plain one ...

Dried Oyster and Scallop Porridge

Mamarazzi was feeling a bit poorly so she said don't wanna cook lah. Cook porridge enough la. But I think she more to malas than feeling sicky.

What porridge fast and easy to cook one ah? She dug in the fridge and found some dried Scallop and dried Oyster. Cham...the scallop so dried till the color changed too. Not moldy. Just too long in the fridge. Rinse with water okay already.

She knew I will be lazy to chew scallop and oyster so she chopped them up and put into the porridge to boil together.

Next..salted egg. Boil and "penyek" the eggy.

Kau Tim! Finito! Can eat already.

*Snore* Can eat liao bo? Wanna snap how many photo la? Can eat now? Yippeee!

Tasty? Yucky Great. Must bodek a bit else Mamarazzi mogok and won't cook pulak.

WE ARE NOTHING by Namewee/KarenKong 四大皆空 黃明志/龔柯允

Mamarazzi saw this song being posted everywhere in Facebook and would like to share it with you.

Some may chose to close this window once they see the name "Namewee" as they might not liked his previous songs. STOP! Give this song a chance. Read the lyrics.

No matter how rich or how successful we got to be, in the end "We're nothing at all. We've got nothing at all
". We will still have to leave everything behind when we go. If that is the case, why not leave behind a better world for the future generation...assuming there will be anything to leave them with.

Monday being the start of the week, lets try and make this a better world.

The Children's Life of Christ-Twelve Years Old

According to the story that Mamarazzi told me about Jesus from Enid Blyton's book, he was a very thoughtful and dependable boy. When he was twelve years old he can be depended on to look after his younger siblings, to help Joseph deliver things to customers and  run errand for Mary.

He thinks for himself and would not follow blindly what people says. He goes to school to learn lesson and especially laws about God. The teachers wrote down many laws and it had become difficult for people to learn. There are even laws to govern how people should wash plates!

As Jesus learn the law, he thought about it. In his heart he felt that surely God would care more about people being kind instead of how they wash their plates and stuffs like that. Surely Gd would look into people heart instead of superficial things that they do? Oh...how Jesus wish he could tell this to the people and for the law to be simpler.

Well, every year Joseph and Mary would journey to the Holy City of Jerusalem for the festival. This year, they decided to bring Jesus along as he is old enough to join church and become one of its members. Jesus was excited.

Some of his friends were also going and they talked about this. One boy cautioned the others not to go through the country of the horrible Samaritans for his father told him that the Samaritans are bad people. And that everyone knows this for a fact.

Jesus disagreed. Surely not all Samaritans are wicked and what everyone says isn't always true. This put the seed of the Good Samaritan Story into Jesus mind. The rest of the boys thought nothing more of the topic. And soon they begin their journey to The Holy City of Jerusalem.

Mamarazzi also got me these two Chuggington's books. Got number 2 and 3 only. Can't find number 1 and 4. Kira okay la since it's not continuous story. Inside each book there are 40 stickers.

Mamarazzi also bought this "Thomas and Friends Dictionary" for me. It's a talking dictionary in English and Spanish. There are words in the book. I have to follow the words and press the letters. Then I just need to press English and the book would tell me how the word sound like. And if I press "definition" it would tell me the definition.

I like the word "Apple". Kept ask Mamarazzi to show me how to press "apple" coz at the definition, there is chomping sound. Ngap ngap ngap.

Price? RM24-90. Not bad ya...got extra 10% discount some more leh coz purchase above RM150.

Meantime Mamarazzi dug up these books from the Bargain Bin. RM5 each. The Nightmare In The Sun is hardcover some  more leh!

This one also from the Bargain Bin RM8. Hardcover. Mamarazzi said sound like an exciting book. About Hong Kong punya. You probably know Mamarazzi gila a bout all those stuff...story about Asian country and writers.

Then she went to the Bargain books section. Saw this book. Looks very Asian hor? Hentam la RM9-90 wor. Worth to take a risk.

Mamarazzi saw someone recommend this author in BX's Facebook. The cover not very attractive but the price is low enough for her to take a risk. Hope it's good.

Another book bought based on recommendation from BX's fans in Facebook. Said Alexandra Potter's books are good wor.
Another "full price" book. Full price in view of BX usual price la. Not compared to outside. Let's hope this is a good book else the kedekut Mamarazzi will sakit hati lor.

Noticed what is printed in the receipt? "Between The Ass". The receipt is for the above book.Wooooo...I wonder how Mamarazzi going to answer to the IRB if they see this receipt. What will they think of Mamarazzi? It would be fun to see.

Last but not least, tarak tau what book is this. Saja hentam buy coz it's Purchase With Purchase offer. RM9-90 only. There were some other books for PWP offer but it's not suitable for Mamarazzi.

Overall, yesterday both Mamarazzi and me got quite a good catch of books. Hope to see you again next month, BX.
