Dinner at Coconut Flower Restaurant Teluk Gong, Klang

This is another late post.

We went food hunting again last November. Fell in love with the Lala Fried Bihun at Coconut Flower Restaurant.

Going all the way there, of course must have the Lala Fried Bihun. Still good.

Again we had their Herbal Chicken. This dish disappeared very fast.

Marmite Mantis Prawns. Not bad.

Fried Butter Prawns. The Prawns were very fresh and sweet.

Next comes the Kai Lan.

The Steamed Lala was delicious too.

By the time the complimentary fruit platter came, we were all stuffed to the brim. Didn't managed to finish all the fruit. Too bad.

Lion Dance at SS 2 Mall

After Mamarazzi's crazy frying Ngaku(Chinese Arrowheads) session, we went and have a late lunch at Kanna Curry House in P.J.

As it was still too early to go for Pasar Malam(Night Market), Papa brought us to SS2 Mall to hang out.

While we were there, I heard very loud drum beating.  Being such a "kaypoh", Mamarazzi dragged me to the source of the sound.

Wahh got this "kor-Kor" playing big big drum.

On the floor, I can see a Pomelo and some salad leaves in a tray. It was surrounded by some Mandarin Oranges.

so loud....scary scary

Finally the Lions came out to play. They were real playful. Greeted customers and play with them.

Then the show started.

Playful lions playing among themselves.

They discovered the oranges and Pomelo.

Both of them wanted the Oranges and Pomelo. It was real fun to see how one of the Lion teased and licked one of the Mandarin oranges while the other one plong him/herself on the Pomelo.

One of the Lion came over and gave the onlookers Mandarin oranges. I got one! The naughty Lion even "licked" my "botak head"!. Guess, I'll be very "ong"(have good luck) this year.

Well...all good things must ends. Cheeky Lions have to go home liao. Can't stay at the Mall.

Before they went home, they presented the Lady who is In-charge of the Mall, the plate of Pomelo and Salad leaves.

My lucky Mandarin Orange.

Mamarazzi peeled for me.

Ngap! Mmmmm...it's so juicy and sweet! Finger licking good!

Toyota Cars For Sale

Cars! Cars! Cars! Got car headache. No car also headache.

Chinese New Year is just around the corner. Everyone will be rushing to the workshop to get their car(s) serviced. People at the workshop would certainly be very happy coz of the brisk business.

Papa just got his Wira serviced the other day. A friend would be taking over the Wira. We are very happy that it had finally found someone who will appreciate it rather than leave it rot at home.

You see, Mamarazzi is very short. She can't drive the Wira as the seat is quite low.

It's a different story if the car is like Exora, Kembara or maybe something with a higher seat so that she can see better.

Papa also preferred car with a higher seat. At least with a higher seat, the driver and passengers would be more comfortable and no complaints from anyone saying seat is too low. Can't get out of the car and things like that.

Since both of them grumbled so much, I told them buy "Kereta Lembu" lah. Nope...I don't mean Bullock cart. I mean Toyota coz to my kiddy eyes, the logo have the shape of the "Horn". Very macho looking. Sure to be very durable even when under rough handling.

Buy Toyota Land Cruiser or Toyota Harrier sure there will be no complaint as the seats are high and looks so manly. But Papa says money doesn't grows on trees. New cars is very expensive nowadays. Anyway, now it's not the time to change cars yet.

While sending me to school today, Mamarazzi saw our neighbour changed car. Mamarazzi teased her saying that she is so rich can change car so often. The neighbor then told her it's a secondhand car and that it was a bargain but reluctant to reveal the price.

Being curious, Mamarazzi asked her where did she got the car from? Buy from a friend or relative? She told Mamarazzi that she went to a website called CarSifu.

Your guess is as good as mine. Knowing her "kaypoh-ness", I know that Mamarazzi would immediately go home and online to check out how much the neighbor bought the car for. And she did just that!

She googled and found our neigbour's car at this particular page: http://www.carsifu.my/cars/toyota. It is a page that tells the detailed information of various models of Toyota car.

Actually it's a pretty cool website.Basically, this website is a website that listed cars for sale. Various cars for sale can be seen on this website along with their pricing and their seller's contact number.

The website is not only detailed, but it's also very user friendly. Pictures of the cars are also uploaded into this website to give potential buyers an idea on how the cars that's being put on sale actually looks like.

You can also find all sort of car that you want to buy from this website. All you need to do is just perform a search on this website and a short-listed list will appear after awhile. I think this is the best and the most convenient place to browse if you want to get yourself a car with a good deal. You're definitely spoiled for choice in this car website.

Cool!  I must certainly ask Papa to go through it. Maybe he would wanna change car ?

Kajang Hot & Spicy Soup at Bandar Puteri Puchong

On Sunday, we went out "gai-gai".

Am totally exhausted. Didn't sleep whole day. By dinner time all I wanna do is sleep. Golek-golek here and there also cannot get comfortable. Wanna cry liao.

At first Papa and Mamarazzi thought just simply have our dinner at A Wet Thai, Puchong. We waited for quite some time but no parking space available.

In the end Papa recalled "Kajang Hot Soup" just a few blocks away. They have been meaning to try out this restaurant for a few times but unfortunately, always came on the day the restaurant was closed. Thank goodness, it was Sunday and the restaurant was opened.

Their Hot and Spicy Soup. It's a mix soup of chicken meat, pork, pig stomach and pig intestine. Soup made of ginger and Pepper corn.

On the first taste, Papa said it's watery.  But on the 2nd spoon, Papa said it's "SPICY". Can see beans of sweat coming out liao.

Mamarazzi said it taste great. If having flu, must go and have this soup. Sure will unblock the nose very fast.

I was still grumpy when the food arrived. But then Mamarazzi asked me if I want "100 Plus" drink. I said yes. My favourite.

Got my "100 Plus" drink, am revitalised liao. Boss!! More ice please. Service very fast. Out food came zooming like a rocket.

Their special something something Herbal something Emperor Chicken. Taste superlicious to Mamarazzi. Not enough with a plate of this! She even asked for "tapau" one more plate to go home and enjoy.

My favourite "green noodles". These were cooked perfectly. Not too soft nor too hard.

Surprise was waiting for me when I went to pay. Yup....now I always asked money from Papa and Mamarazzi so that I can "pay" for the food.

Our bill was more than RM33. It seems that the restaurant is having a promotion. Any bill that is above RM33, they will give one free mug...while stock last.

If not mistaken, there were 7 or 8 designs for the mug. Each design are designated for one clan. Malaysian Chinese have many clans like Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka, Teo Chew, Hainanese, Fook Chow and etc.

How did we end up with two mugs instead of 1? Mamarazzi bought lor. One states "Wa Si Hock Kien Lan" and the other states "Ngai Heh Hak Kah Yin".

Here is the address if you wish to try out their food and also grab the mugs. Restaurant Sup Pedas Kajang, 16-G Jalan Puteri 2/4, Bandar Puteri Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. Tel :03-8063 7239. GPS : 3.021836,101.615793

M.I.A and Frying Chinese Arrow Head

Hi there! sorry as I have been "M.I.A" . Mamarazzi says thanks for all the e-mail/Messages/SMS received. Am alright.

I M.I.A coz Mamarazzi was suddenly very busy lor.

The cause of M.I.A? This little "Monster"(Chinese Arrowhead a.k.a Ngaku) and some miscellaneous things that need attentions. By the time everything is done, Mamarazzi was too tired to draft any blog post.

Over the weekend there was a price war for this "Chinese Arrowhead". Just last month Mamarazzi blogged about Frying Chinese Arrowhead and the price then was RM3.28/kg.
.
Last weekend some hypermarket are selling these for RM1.08 and 89sens only. Just now, Mommy Ling was telling Mamarazzi that Jusco was selling these at 29sen/kg yesterday!

Haiz...Mamarazzi "borong" a lot.

Anyway, now that Mamarazzi got things pat down to a science..it's easy for her to fry it. Previous years she felt bored frying these but this year it was fun for her.

She would just peels a few first instead of a whole batch. Cut off the bum bum.

*sniff sniff bum bum* hmmm...the Ngaku didn't "prooot" at my face.

Peel of the skin but leaving the stem intact. Throw into salt water to wash. Heat up the oil in the "wok" .

She didn't break the stem coz she need to hold it while she slice the Ngaku.

This year, she sliced directly into the "wok" instead.

While waiting for the "chips" to be fully cooked, she continue washing ad peeling the rest of the Ngaku and attend to other things while.

By then, the "chips" would be just nice. Golden brown. Yum yum.

Apart from frying Ngaku, we also went for "Makan-makan" and also saw "Lion Dance". Trying to "YouTube" it but the process is so slow. Hmm..maybe should get "Unifi"?

Well, that's all for now. Will be back again...soon....have to wait till Mamarazzi's hands and feel no longer "jellyfied" first.

Star, Alarm Clock and Fatty Crab, Taman Megah

On Thursday, the 2nd day of school, I came home and showed Mamarazzi and Papa this picture.

Say I color one. Some more got a star.  Mamarazzi didn't believe me. Said must be Cikgu that helped me to color coz she don't believe I color so neatly.

That evening I went with Mamarazzi to Pasar Malam.

Saw this Alarm Clock at the Pasar Malam. I pestered Mamarazzi to get it for me.

Hehehe...got my wishes. An alarm clock for me.

Serious leh...I saw I Disney Junior got the song "WAKE UP! WAKE UP! EVERYONE WAKE UP!" then got alarm clock ringing one leh.

Must wake up early leh else I missed going to school leh.

 Me and my Alarm Clock.

But before that have to have dinner first. Nice nice cool towels for my hands. Can wipe wipe.

 Chicken Satay and Beef Satay.

Yummy Fried rice. Got small small prawns in it though no oink oink.

Crabs in Spicy and sour sauces. Naughty Mamarazzi. She added some of the spicy sauce into my fried rice!

We had some Roti bakar. Hmm....is it Mamarazzi's imagination or is the bread thinner than last time? Well, whatever it is, it still taste great!

Here is the address Fatty Crab Restaurant, No 2, Jln SS 24/13 , Taman Megah, Petaling Jaya.

Malaysia's Largest Property Website

Mamarazzi have a friend who needs to move house in a short period of time and is at wits end looking for a suitable house to move into. Really headache on where and how to find a suitable place.

Initially, Mamarazzi simply copied those advertisement from 7-Eleven for her friend to look into, but unfortunately for her friend, the method doesn't work because most of the real property ads that has
been placed at the community board has already expired.

By the time Mamarazzi's friend called up those advertiser, they told her the properties in questions is already occupied or have already been sold off.

Looking for properties by using this method is really time consuming and not effective. Mamarazzi was about to give up helping her friend when she chanced upon a Malaysia property website.

This website is known as Propwall. It's Malaysia's largest property listing website.
This is exactly what Mamarazzi's friend need; a website that listed updated properties for rent and for sale along with the pricing and property agents contact numbers.

This website also provides very detailed description of properties advertised for the potential clients to see, including the pictures of the properties that they are leasing or selling.

It is very convenient to have a one stop property listing, I must say. Unlike the traditional method, one would never have to worry about calling up advertisers who will tell you that the properties
advertised was no longer valid because all information placed in this website is really up to date.

This website is not only really useful and user friendly, but it's also easy to use. You don't need to look at the pages one by one to look for the properties that you want to rent or buy. All you need to
do is just perform a search in their provided search box according to your preference and the website will come out with results that will suit your preference and budget requirements.

This website is definitely for those who wants to look up properties for various reason. So yeah, if you're looking for a house for investment purposes or to move into, this is the right place to look at. With more than 200,000 properties being listed on this website, there must be something that is suitable for you.
