Lover Bridge Restaurant Tanjung Sepat

Papa say go cari Oh Chien to eat. Don't know why he bring me to this Padang Jarak Padang Terkukur place. Where got Oh Chien?

Got some boats la. And some people walking along a wooden bridge. Said it's Lover Bridge wor. No action geh.

Only saw two "Lam Jiao"(Blue Birds) standing on the wood and a lone dog looking for food.

Ooo...this is the famous Lover Bridge Restaurant ah.

Fast-fast wash hand. If not later Papa will wallop all the food

Why so slow geh the service?. The people here really relax ah. Everything also slow motion. Maybe they are trying to catch the crabs below.

Finally the food came. Top left is the Lala fried Bihun. DELICIOUS!.

Top right is the Kam Heong Sotong. Much too spicy to be able to taste the sotong properly. The Sambal was a bit sourish also. Weird. Doesn't feel like the Kam Heong Sotong that we used to eat.

Bottom left is the Fried Oh Chien. Simply yummylicious. Much better than the Baywatch Restaurant that we went the other time. This one was so good till after we walloped all, Papa ordered another plate of Oh Chien!

Bottom right. Steam crabs. Disappointing. Though the crabs are fresh and sweet, but the taste was over powered by the fried garlic. Don't understand why they add the fried garlic. They added Ginger too. Too bad.

Gosh! I love the Lala Fried Bihun VERY much.

It "melted" in my mouth. Like the Chips more advertisement "kejap ada, kejap tarak! habis! finish!"

 Very relaxing place to makan.

My Uncle Chai very cunning. He secretly went and paid the bill. Thank you very much, Uncle Chai.

Well, if you are headed this way, do drop by this restaurant for a meal. But let me warn you first. Everything is in slow motion here. The address :

Location:43B, Jalan Tepi Laut,
Tanjung Sepat, Kuala Langat,
Selangor.

Peng Heong Hakka Paikut Restaurant, Klang

Remember to wear your seat belt. Buckle up. Ready? Let's go cari makan. Papa gila Paikut. Mamarazzi gila vinegar pork knuckle.

Don't know why round round at Klang. Saw one Hakka restaurant. A lot of people makan-ing there. Must be good gua? Yes?

They have beautiful Menu with price for each portion stated there. Papa and Mamarazzi ordered mainly portion for one person. Saja wanna cuba -cuba.

Pepper pork stomach soup(top left). Taste so - so only. Not enough umph. The one at Seri Kembangan is much better.

Taufu with egg(top right) also taste so and so. A bit too oily. And this is a portion for two person. Got two eggs there

Bottom left. Something mince meat. Taste not bad la

Bottom right. The famous Pai Kut. I saw Papa ngapped syok syok. Mamarazzi tasted a bit and said it's too sweet.

Vinegar Pork Knuckle, portion for 1 person. There was like 3 or 4 pieces of meat there. Taste also so-so only.

Hmm...yet to find what is so special about this restaurant which makes so many people makan here. Maybe they are like us. Saw a lot of people makan here, they also follow.

One thing good about this restaurant is that it's clean and the waiters very attentive.

Maybe you would like to have a try here . As you know, taste is relative. You might find the food here suit your palate. Do let us know what was it that we missed out. Here is the address : Peng Heong Hakka Paikut Restaurant, No 2 Lorong Gudang Nanas, Off Jalan Pasar, 41400 Klang, Selangor. The funny thing is that this restaurant is located right behind of a mosque

Bedtime Stories And Prayers By Enid Blyton-The Man Who Came Through The Roof

Mamarazzi was feeling unwell the other day. I recalled the story from Enid Blyton story book about The Man who came through the roof.

That man have a bunch of good friends.

You see, the man was feeling very sick and he was thinking maybe it's punishment for all the wrong things that he had done in his life. He was very sorry for all his sins and hope that his sins would be forgiven.

One day one of his friend came to him very excited. Say that Jesus is coming to town and Jesus can cure everything

The man can't walk so this friends carried him in his mattress to the place where Jesus was. But the then can't get in coz there were just too many people crowding the door.

Then one of his friend got a brilliant idea. The roof of the house is flat. They will bring him up the roof and lower him down from there and they did just that

When Jesus saw that man's face, he knows what the man had wished for. Jesus told him o rise and that all his sins are forgiven. The man felt so happy for all his sins have been forgiven.

Well, I may not be Jesus but I can go and fetch medicine for Mamarazzi to take to make her felt better. That was just what I did. This was not the first time I did this.

Whenever Mamarazzi is unwell I would go to the drawer to fetch medicine for her. I know I am not suppose to eat the medicine.

After that I would go to the kitchen and get her some water to take the medicine with.

Don't worry. After my loving care, Mamarazzi is A-okay now.

Dim Sum at Restaurant Kong Mah, Sg Buloh New Village

When I was around 6 months old. Papa and Mamarazzi were very naughty. Brought me to this Dim Sum shop and tempt me with Pau. Click here to read the post

The other day we went to Khee Way Dim Sum but sadly it was not open. Hence "detoured" to the shop opposite.

Wow..evening also open leh.

Quite a large variety of Dimsum despite it being a weekday.

I want.....this..this ...this ...that and that and that and....*kebuluran*

The Fried something with Salted Egg(top left) was so-so only. Maybe because it's cold already.

The 3 pieces of Dumplings(top right), taste..hmmmm..nice coz have water crestnut. Just too bad doesn't have carrot and the black fungus.

Then a variety of siew mai. Some with salted egg..some with century eggs and etc.

Papa loves the Pai Kut. Said taste better than Khee Way. The siew mai tasted not bad la

Be careful when you order the Fu Chuk roll(bottom left) coz the topping was all ginger. After eating, a lot of "wind" will come out . Don't say I didn't warn you .

The Har Kow to Mamarazzi's taste but the prawns were fresh.

Char Siew Pau and Dai Pau not bad. Can rival Khee Way.

As for the Nasi Lemak....got nothing to do with the Dim Sum Restaurant punya. Papa "tapau-ed" from outside. Very expensive. RM3-50 with sotong. If at our place it would have been RM2-50 only.

Overall the Dimsum at this restaurant is not bad la. The place is pretty clean too despite being near to the pasar. Service also good.

Here is the address just in case you wanna makan there.

My "Big" 38 Breakfast

The next morning after returning from Tanjung 38, Mamarazzi heat up the Pau and the fishballs as breakfast.

Add caption
The "heroine" ....jeng jeng jeng.. Mui Choy Pau! First time having Mui Choy Pau. Mamarazzi love the fluffy skin but Papa said the skin too fluffy. But both agree the inti was very good.

Next comes the Tau Sar Pau and the Sang Yuk Pau. Auntie Woo..I bet you will love these.

The Tau Sar Pau have a lot of Tau Sar and yet it was not overtly sweet.

The Sang Yuk Pau was a bit expensive at RM2 per bun but a surprise awaits. In it there was egg! First time saw Sang Yuk Pau with egg. No wonder Papa walloped all.

Then Papa said still hungry wor after makan-ed 5 biji of Pau. Hence Mamarazzi heat up the fishballs.

RM5 for 20 biji of fishball. Not bad ah? If eat in Dimsum Shop 2 or 3 biji already cost RM2.80 to RM3 a dish.

After makan-ed Pau from Tanjung 38, I become 38 a bit. Makan-ed the fishball like a kitty cat pulak.

Makan-ed too full. Pengsan-ed till cannot move.

Food Hunting at Tj Sepat

While we were hunting for Papa's Fish balls, we saw some tour buses stopped by a Lorong. Saw many tourist getting into the buses with plastics of Pau in their hand.

These pau must have been special.

We also went there and "kaypoh".Found this little shop with a lot of tourist and opposite of this shop is a Pau factory.

Yay! Found the fishballs. It's also being sold in this little shop. There are many other sea products sold here too.

Then Mamarazzi seems to recall Uncle Pete mentioned n his post that they did not managed to get any pau when they were there. Must have been these famous pau gua.

We went into the Pau making factory. Quite clean and tidy. Mamarazzi caught me and won't let me go near any Pau makers. Scared that I would disturb them

As if I would do that. I would only grab a pau and eat only mah. Where got disturb people one?

Here is the address for the pau shop 405, Jalan Pasar, Tanjung Sepat, Selangor. Tel : 03-31974144

Finally out of the shop. I can smell something nice from over there.

Kwo Zha B Coffee. Wah...got free coffee some more. I got to see how they make the Kopi from the coffee bean.

Mamarazzi didn't buy any though it tasted quite good. Rather expensive. 10 sachets at RM6.

Well, that was our day going belek belek in the lalang at Tj. 38.
